I cry hard
inconsolable
Memories 
of burnt trees
spin webs across my eyelids
Outer world just skids

I remain
within two states held
A prison
unveils me
On my limbs lie tools that weld
heart and mind’s union

I tread slow
across dreams that beat
arrhythmic
to my feet
drunken dancing to repeat
the despair hollow

Tomorrow
I will resume fight
crouching slight
bearing light
Darkness no longer bears fright
I shine through the night

Spirits high
I walk before Gods
Like infant
they feed me
irreducible hopes stretched
thin before my eye

Paper flies
tracing higher spheres
my mind hears
lullabies
Angel singing fears denies

Made in code and blood

Knights will join

Tooth and loin

Though it is the mighty Queen

Who leads King’s battle

 

Salt for Toth

Sugar for the bees

I pray strong

Though on knees

My sight restored to Unseen

A snake with rattle

 

Heart in peace

Discovering wills

I float through

Noah’s ark

It rekindles in me spark

Of destiny’s spear

 

We lead crowd

Bonded in fever

They shout loud

Voices hoarse

Blind eyes decoding the Morse

There was too much of a Love

Share it with the All

 

With Summer’s waning

I gifted you to the sea

Its frothing horses

 

Ebb and flow tireless

Played with your dazzling body

A game of waters

 

Above Autumn’s light

I gifted you to the hills

Their curving silence

 

The shrubs and the trees

Twined with the hairs on your head

Weaving dark stories

 

Below Winter’s cold

I gifted you to mountains

Their chilly snow peaks

 

Rocks and crevasses

Sprinkled with your throbbing skin

I will the trees to gather leaves silent

For woodcutter could hear their rustling chimes

Yet trees bellow with chattering strident

I almost see within bed-ridden rhymes

 

Often I yearn to join the birds, migrant

Yet trees though noisy choose, I love these thymes

From all those flavours this pine tree vibrant

Of shadowed mushroom faces’ glory mimes

 

From yonder grounds tall ones preserve their bark

Low high, grey green, choose one in harmony

A will to hurt your glow for none compete
