Bells will ring pealing roar in elegy

Bells will ring pealing roar in elegy

The tuning of love few delicate wires

A me and a do and so many cuts

Of heart felt the true not the peacock’s struts

Slight flight of the dove in cage of desires

The push and the shove old caveman admires

A hundred years too compound his sore guts

The warning cuckoo despairs timeless ruts

Of velvet the glove then welded by fires

I walk on the edge of a tight street rope

On right the healing soars with energy

On border of ledge still uphill the slope

Knee sore from kneeling bonded the clergy

Renewing the pledge with balance to cope

Bells will ring pealing roar in elegy

  1. A renewed pledge to balance, to cope, to climb up the hill, despite sore knees… The entire life is about balancing and coping… Beautiful, Geetha. <3

    • Thank you so much Dajena. I am glad you like the music. What I write is meant to be read with at least one of the songs/musical pieces as they somehow translate better the mood of what I wrote in a penetrating way on the unconscious level mainly 😉 😀

  2. Applauding. Beautiful words. But let me tell you I love the song Quizas, Quizas, Quizas. A beautiful Spanish ballad (done so well by Halie Loren – Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps. Not to mention the sensual images of legs). What a wonderful post to ignite my passions. Geetha, you didn’t ignite a flame, you started a raging FIRE.
