I land on my feet
5-6 September 2016

Riddle me
Bullets of the fall
Showering
Innocents
Rows of blue begonias drenched
In carmine water
Ex-spleen me
Meaningless phrases
Connecting
The white dots
On whiteboard chalk erases
The sight of the light
Think of me
As a little cat
The Nine Lives
All Times’ Fleet
Throw me from the highest heights
I land on my feet
Reading of the poem:

Army of Me – Björk

Visceral as always and full of stunning imagery

For years after, when a toddler, my mother dropped me from the top of the stairs, I dreamed of a flying descent and a landing on my feet – which in fact I did
