Around shape of things
18 April 2020

Clouds gathered above
Movement back into winter
Spring’s blossoms swaying
Waterhen clucking
Seagulls flying in the sky
The canal flowing
Spring’s fight evolving
My inner realms revolving
Around shape of things
Reading of the poem:
“Ektal”- Azam Ali and Kodo (featuring Zakir Hussain)

Fine imagery
Thank you Derrick. My flat has a large balcony which borders directly a canal and I am on the first floor. When I sit on the balcony in the sun it is great as I hear the waterhen clucking and the seagulls above. It is wonderful
I ran many miles along the canals. Where are you?
I am at Canada water. The canal runs along Albatross way which borders my building and there is another large water feature as well as the Thames a few hundred meters from where I live
My counselling room was in Little Venice. When I began running marathons in the early 80s we ran past your area when it was in the planning stages.
They have new planning envisaged in this area and it will look even more different than it did in the 80s.
