Thank you FT. I was so thrilled by the artforms you introduced to me that I had to set to task right away 🙂 . I have even created a separate page on my blog for each of them and hope to populate profusely those pages soon enough
You are welcome, Geetha…finding your blog has been a blessing and I am happy you have taken to these new forms. I look forward to seeing those pages populate 🙂
Mutual blessings then I would say. Keep well 🙂
😀
Thinking of it, cheating a bit on this one by removing the ed at the end, it would achieve the ma ending like the Landay is meant to be. The only issue with that being that I wanted to keep the past in future tense feeling because the happenings are seen as past in future. I guess my explanation is as confusing as only a poet’s can be 🙂
Ah, yes…as you already know, there are evolved forms of the landay, just as there have been major changes to what we accept as haiku. Your explanation makes perfect sense to me :D….
I love that my explanation makes perfect sense to you because that further explains why people who are not well versed in or comfortable with art would look in disbelief and shake their heads when listening to two artists speak in their own “jargon”. The idea of this has me in stitches 🙂
haha…i picture us on a bus, having a conversations and someone saying: do you understand them? what are they talking about? is this a new language? lol
😀
