## 🧠 ABOUT THE PROCESS

I transformed my original poem by adapting it into lyrics that were then used for a song generated using Suno, featuring my voice. Below you’ll find part of the original poem, the revised lyrics, and the musical version.

## 📜 ORIGINAL POEM

From spring's first blossoms to winter's frozen caverns, the changing seasons become a metaphor for the inner landscape we all traverse. What begins as a search for the right destination slowly transforms into the discovery that the journey itself is the reward. In surrendering expectations, the self is weathered, renewed and quietly returned to its Source.

I picked daisies
From fields of wild bloom
Setting course on springtime’s kiss
Seasons gone amiss
Weather man’s honey moon

I transformed my original poem by adapting it into lyrics that were then used for a song generated using Suno, featuring my voice. Below you’ll find part of the original poem, the revised lyrics, and the musical version.

## 📜 ORIGINAL POEM

Light Cycle explores the strange alchemy of becoming in a meditation on resilience, transformation and the quiet radiance born from life's relentless cycles where darkness and light cease to be opposites and reveal themselves as companions. The soul is slowly refined like crystal beneath running water. Each wound polishes, each setback reshapes, and each return uncovers another facet of the hidden glow within.

Double play
The battered relay
Within dark
Lies the light
Two sides of a medal fight
Liquid state fusion

## ✍️ ADAPTED LYRICS

[Verse]
Liquid state fusion, double play
Tireless race, the battered relay
Within dark, solemn, lies the light
Two sides of the same medal fight

[Verse]
Confusion reigns in the tremors
finding obscure peace in terrors
Disturbance of mind to remark
within the strong heart lies the spark

[Verse]
Vigil of the night, fervent words
blown in blue skies that carry birds
Eye watch as world fades into fears
paragraphs sunk in lakes of tears

[Chorus]
Time’s abrasive leaves hone me slow
The waters revealing the glow
of my crystal core, efforts joint
To highs through lows, my petals point

[Verse]
Angel sears, its wings a kingdom
Burnt morrows welcome paths’ freedom
We play relentless our sad part
in stilted comebacks, we restart

[Verse]
Fear fiefdom, deafening anguish
of the meek, their hearts gain polish
The revolving sandstone reaches
where the humble voice beseeches

[Chorus]
Time’s abrasive leaves hone me slow
The waters revealing the glow
of my crystal core, efforts joint
To highs through lows, my petals point

## 📜 ORIGINAL POEM

Amid the crackle of falling leaves, scorching skies and gathering rain, nature becomes both witness and guide. This song explores the journey from inner unrest to renewed alignment, where stillness reveals forgotten wisdom and the spirit remembers its path as it walks forward renewed.

Falling leaves crackle
Their voices echo of plight
As they hit the ground
Resounding thud in my mind
Speaks of reaching new levels

## ✍️ ADAPTED LYRICS

[Verse]
The falling leaves crackle so slight
Their voices echo of my plight
As they hit the ground to remind
of resounding thud in my mind
The shrieking sound of decibels
speaks of now reaching new levels

[Chorus]
Drops of water call frame that hangs
Sweet thunder in the making clangs
The Earth speaks loud, clear, to my need
says listen to the voice; I heed
In looming raindrops sheen I bathed
for with spirit, I walk unscathed

[Verse]
Melting summer heat’s corrosion
Sets free air in the horizon
where earthly ground meets bluest skies
where the outcome all rules defies
As the push furthers the pull, whole
lower stance breeds a higher soul

[Verse]
Scorching sun beams down on prairies
where the mind is lost on fairies
With scarce summer breeze now hissing
Soundless voices speak low wissing
Mind in stillness hears better clue
old vows in contract now renew

[Chorus]
Drops of water call frame that hangs
Sweet thunder in the making clangs
The Earth speaks loud, clear, to my need
says listen to the voice; I heed
In looming raindrops sheen I bathed
for with spirit I walk unscathed

## 📜 ORIGINAL POEM

This poem explores themes of feeling like a global citizen and not being able to adapt to the insanity of the world so much so as to call for being insane oneself.

Countries evade me
Jottings of ink on paper
I belong to none

## ✍️ ADAPTED LYRICS

[Verse]
The countries drawn evade me
Checkpoints posted won’t halt me
as I walk naked spirit
in between borders limit

[Verse]
Jottings of ink on paper
I belong to none ever
In my mind’s winding roadmaps
away from all evil’s traps

[Verse]
I wish to roam the deserts
mind free and heart sorrowless
Accumulated shadows
casting dark weight of the throes

[Verse]
Untold treasure of the dark
a recomposed music’s spark
I sing to the lonely winds
that tip of your lips rescinds

[Chorus]
Come hither glorious madness
hiss of water to harness
may you end all sanity
releasing my wings so free

[Verse]
Fall of water from hilltops
For spell to cast from treetops
You may fill your void with eggs
for no birth shattered in dregs

[Verse]
Mind dumbfounded and empty
will you rejoice now plenty
as I shed all my dried leaves
and find me bare trunk that heaves?

[Verse]
Winding and steep the journey
whirling through insanity
A hawk’s eyesight shows the path
that leads to shimmering wrath

[Verse]
Obedience I forgot
sprouting roots that hold me not
they show withering decay
patient, in thralls I will pray

[Chorus]
Come hither glorious madness
hiss of water to harness
may you end all sanity
releasing my wings so free

[Verse]
There are roads and rivets
winding through thickets
wild bushes and tangled trees
the heart of where humming bees
Fierce lead to being free

[Chorus]
In my life indentures
from wayward adventures
I am bound in sorrow
to a dreary morrow

[Verse]
The bridges were hurled
in between the worlds
They shiver, rumbling stone
On their tar I walk alone
My feet grey blue smoke

[Chorus]
In my life indentures
from wayward adventures
I am bound in sorrow
to a dreary morrow

[Verse]
I heard calls that me awoke
of towering bluebells
of kingdoms they ring knells
Cheshire cat whose head I stroke
purrs in mirth bespoke

[Chorus]
In my life indentures
from wayward adventures
I am bound in sorrow
to a dreary morrow

[Verse]
They abscond abuse
The reasons excuse
their flight dark, bridled spark
We walk while dogs sit bark
random happenings stark

[Chorus]
In my life indentures
from wayward adventures
I am bound in sorrow
to a dreary morrow

[Verse]
The chest burdened frets
Ounces of regret
Woven tight into might
Fading strength as he believes
truth of falling leaves

[Chorus]
In my life indentures
from wayward adventures
I am bound in sorrow
to a dreary morrow

[Verse]
Knitted words flutter
Indentures encounter
Loose ends flying high
between whispers and sigh
I find your heart’s eye

[Chorus]
In my life indentures
from wayward adventures
I am bound in sorrow
to a dreary morrow

Take my eye

See blossoms rising

From dead leaves

Uprising

Everlasting green in brown

From wasted the clean

Bandwidth mean

Average effort

Middle path

Needle math

Summoning the craft in hand

Making no demand

Tears in eyes

Compassion extreme

Renewed birth

Change the Earth

Blue green vision from a dream

Now freed from the lies

Hush listen

There is a garden

It speaks soft

Of springtime

Of sources below the sands

That nourish the lands

Flutter on

There is a garden

It sparkles

With dewdrops

As they glisten on Flora

Bosom plethora

Now enter

There is a garden

It rustles

With the leaves

As they fall memory heaves

In the blowing wind

Lick your lips

There is a garden

It expands

It dilates

Lush with golden apple trees

That melt into mouth

Now repose

There is a garden

It circles

Etheric

In my mind lost eclectic

Millenary fate

Afresh the start as wind blows leaves

Raked in sorrows hearts don’t recall

I picked daisies

From fields of wild bloom

Setting course on springtime’s kiss

Seasons gone amiss

Weather man’s honey moon

Perhaps too soon

Autumn leaves flocked tight

Whirling around summer days

Wayward are the ways

Of seasons of half light

Winter spelt ice

In caverns of glass

Winding weaving underpass

Crossing through mountains

Built on the desert sands

Leaves joining hands

Pining for the rake

Obedient the waning piles

Counting on the rain

Renewal in the moss

Midsummer mind

In between seasons

Looking back at spring’s folly

Under feet quicksand

Looking forth take a toss

Check the boxes

Sit back set the course

Stormy weather is the key

Return to the Source

All set for the journey
