Feeding herd
Revolves around me
Claws of Hawk
On the fish
The lamb is opening dish
In supper of wolves
Spilling yoke
The hen rescued egg
Wisps of smoke
Ribs that poke
Talismans that we invoke
Through Truths that we spoke

Flying South

Blood rewind
A twin bird from a dark cell
Ripping cage corners

From the split
Of close knit
A chest breaking teeth to grit

Kings respect
None to fret
We hasten to seconds met

Flying into skies
The flight’s journey motionless

Composition supreme
In a day’s dream

Sinking nothings
They call out to mind
Of lesser importance names
Only the calling
A matter of speeches
The sight reaches
Into outer skies

How sweet is this death

Pull and push
Seize, repel
The light creates the darkness
Darkness spurs the light

There are times
All we have are rhymes
Of shadows

Knives wicked
Speech a way to hurt or soothe
