Feeding herd
Revolves around me
Claws of Hawk
On the fish
The lamb is opening dish
In supper of wolves
Spilling yoke
The hen rescued egg
Wisps of smoke
Ribs that poke
Talismans that we invoke
Through Truths that we spoke
The chatter
Subsides with the winds
Flying South
Closing mouth
Face racing against the clouds

It happened
Once upon a sway
South to North
Made its way
Happenchance cooked up the mess
The ease to undress
I knew him
Like palm knows fingers
Crossed my Heart
With his Art
Trending beauty that lingers
Like listless humming
He said soft
Words that made no sense
They knocked me
Out senseless
“The promise of your womb dear
Feels like Paradise”
Unabashed
We flew through the lies
Bottom up
In and out
Like silk stockings discarded
Upon tiny racks
It was done
Like a yearly deed
Fault to none
Bear no strife
We recollect like treasures
Narrow shelves of Life
It happened

Dimly lit

Whisper soft
Bathe me in cotton
Breathe me in
Breathe us out
Garlands of smoke on a cloud
Coursing through your lungs
Stay revel
Under mists of fate
Cast the spell
Show and tell
Like children discovering
Seal the iron ring
I will bring
Yesterday’s anthems
Cast again
Nations’ song
We flock to where we belong
Birds of a feather
Steel leather
They bind but the frame
The mind free
The soul high
I wish upon highest skies
Over green valleys
Show me maps
That I may seek you
In journeys
Of resolve
We broil more than we solve
The mind a weak tool
Stay in six
Pleasures confuse me
Like railways
They split us
Carriages roar North and South

Reading of the poem:
I keep having to choose again sometimes different videos as people keep blocking videos for whatever rights on music and images, leaving me and the reader/listener/viewer with an empty video link. Sometimes the video blends in still with the poem and is meaningful but often only the sound experience remains. Apologies for that but I can’t help people making their videos private or youtube just censoring everyone. I had to replace Nu – Man o to and Floater by Waldeck. Sometimes I don’t even know what to replace as I was not writing the names before and therefore don’t remember which video conveyed my groove at that point in time when I was writing the poem

The vultures
Tired dark buzzards
Hungry pair
She had hair
He had all but a tight crop
More akin to a mop
They flew high
On their senseless greed
Death doth feed
These creatures
Hidden in despair’s darkness
Black words their prowess
Drip by drip
Intelligence fed
In doses
With slow words
Dictation manure for bred
In pots with roses
Ink to dry
Faces sweet that lie
Grimacing
Rubbing faults
In misheard treasures hunted
Off the grammar’s scales
The fools’ vain
Interpretation
Intent slain
The pair split
Twice the share’s unholy kit
Bleak fraternity
He went North
She headed down South
Where her mouth,
She belonged

Sadness wails me pails
Three can play
Only one can rule
In valleys
Of the blind

Treasures forgotten
The well brimmed with yellow sands
That whispered in nights

I know the stories
Of well where a pitcher grew
Upon ivy’s roots

In that well yellow
Transformed into purest gold
Midas I anew

The touch of the rain
Scintillating in the sparks
Brimmed with Eternal

Weary travellers
From the East and from the West
Drank from the pitcher

Many distressed souls
From the North and from the South
Ate from the ivy

My flesh and my wine
Iridescent offerings
Multiplied in Love

Multiply me whole
There are hungers in this world
I will ever quench

Distribute my soul
Let it be solace’s lace
Shimmering blue veil

Strew me upon hills
Gather me in the valleys
