Back into Jerusalem – Cinematic, Indie, Trip Hop Versions | Song created with Suno (my lyrics, my voice)
24 September 2026
a feminine figure walking weightlessly across an immense plane of water at twilight, not imitating Christ but experiencing apesanteur; Sun/starlight above, perhaps distant ancient rock/cave forms suggesting Jerusalem without buildings, and an almost imperceptible network of luminous roots beneath the water connecting her to a source behind her.

## 🧠 ABOUT THE PROCESS

I transformed my original poem by adapting it into lyrics that were then used for a song generated using Suno, featuring my voice. Below you’ll find part of the original poem, the revised lyrics, and the musical version.

## 📜 ORIGINAL POEM

A return to Jerusalem, both sacred place and state of being, where scattered signs begin to gather around a forgotten purpose. Between ancient wisdom, sacrifice and resurrection, the journey draws strength from new wells and roots that reach beyond the visible. As earthly weight falls away, the waters become a plane upon which to rise — carrying the self towards a task that asks not for greater solidity, but for the lightness to transcend it.

Criss-cross of chances
Black hole meets mass of matter
The less is the most

## ✍️ ADAPTED LYRICS

[Verse]
Criss-cross of chances that scatter
Black hole meets mass of dark matter
The less is the most to outlast
I, Minerva of glorious past
forgot to tend to my own tasks
Interwoven signs shine, eye basks

[Verse]
Jolted now awake with a fright
My saddle I will set back right
as horses whinny riding dusk
to the outlines of mountains' tusk
Jagged profiles announce the glow
as the brooding sun now sets low

[Chorus]
Ebb and flow of the waters' waves
Back into Jerusalem’s caves
I will walk head high to sustain
Twenty-three paces of domain
more than fabled nine yards ushered
quietly Upheaval measure

[Verse]
I drink your water ending strife
Essence of your stark earthly life
from new wells you birthed so pristine
The onlooking stars will combine
shimmering mass of light rays gleam
that from you wrought strength to redeem

[Verse]
Roots spread between us through low hum
Gathering the link’s momentum
Bond that in the heart pulls stronger
Glory of simple no longer
Walking upon the waters' plane
which in soul flows no more mundane

[Chorus]
Ebb and flow of the waters' waves
Back into Jerusalem’s caves
I will walk head high to sustain
Twenty-three paces of domain
more than fabled nine yards ushered
quietly Upheaval measure

Crescent moon to leave

Crescent moon to leave

Wolves hurry
across the landscapes
fiery crops
burning high
Bosom utters not a sigh
crossing through the flames

Horses dive
through etheric lanes
shaking manes
hooves thunder
The moonlit sights a wonder
etched into our hearts

Two to grieve
My breast torn did heave
coils cleft
none bereft
They ask me now in pieces
crescent moon to leave

Feel the Dawn

Upon Ages yawn

More than Pawn

Less than Might

Steering horses take to flight

Springtime’s riddled fawn

Now diffuse

All that we can use

Red blue fuse

Rhythm loose

Through constriction ease the noose

Wear the dancing shoes

Blinding Sight

Within Particles

Stormy Key

Heart won’t flee

See beyond Eternity

Receiving the Light

Four horsemen

Count the sea horses

They practice

The countdown

The end of merry go round

When cheek falls to ground

Weaving threads

Three work in shadows

Their fingers

Nimble gears

Setting in motion action

A chain reaction

A ripple

Of tides uprising

Paving beds

Within shreds

Of unwoven tapestry

Penelope’s sea

Ulysses

Worn out by ventures

Flipping through

Adventures

On mantelpiece beckoning

Quiet reckoning

Past stardust

Millenary thrill

Lost in time

Echoes shrill

Ashes floating in the light

In memory the might

Wanderlust

Gnawing icicle

Frozen fear

The wavering tides

Gather on uneven shores

Of sand the dune stores

We count the seconds

Instilled in time-riddled grains

The waves a backdrop

No time a full stop

Washing over and over

The frothing horses

Fusion confusion

I walk within Time’s bubbles

In between the worlds

The summers spent hay

Burning memories now doused

In half-light of cloud

I remember day

When the night was clear in sun

When candles rewound

Ticking chronicles

Fallen happenings rebound

Broken jar upright

The splinters ride past

Whirlwinds summon the keepers

The day’s grim reapers

The restless hornets

They pick on the flesh exposed

Disclosure in Twelve

In Time the distance once had lied

Sheltered Truths frantic gatekeepers

Poison Ivy planted creepers

Twixt Heart and Mind the Great Divide

Horses frothing bid me a ride

Edge of veils enchanted sleepers

Gates of glory widowed weepers

The knots of stories soon untied

Plot of thoughts when planted hardens

Decomposing a land of tricks

Unfastened locks rattling wardens

Speech of hate the giving pardons

The Heart trespasses wall of bricks

Reaching out to inward gardens

Sacrifice

The preparation

Of witness

Time’s harness

Four horses ride into dusk

Emblem of movement

Guns resound

In the wilderness

Lone bullets

They fly high

Above reasons and meaning

They carve the ether

What is dead

Stays forever down

The lost crown

Ne’er retrieved

Widow and orphan bereaved

Hate composes dread

There are lands

Etched in the kingdoms

Of the sky

Where I lie

My hands gifting the green wheat

Gift of the morrows

Threading fate

Twin are my bright suns

My rivers

Purple clad

Indistinctly good and bad

People of my Heart

Take the twin

From breaking waters

Births’ fusion

Red and Blue

Decompose the Times landscapes

Walk swim fly anew
