Paint my lids

A streak of teardrop

On backdrop

Of laughter

Getting worse getting better

Changes unfettered

 

One o One

Metamorphosis

Lessons learnt

Pupils burnt

The eye a raging fire

Knowledge a pyre

 

Flame to grow

Prometheus dam

Holding back

Rivers rage

Wisdom for none to assuage

Aching of the sage

 

Shape my buds

To taste of honey

Flowing slow

From the flow

My chest now filled with the glow

Breaking point of seams

 

Riddled dreams

Orange tangerines

Bitter sweet

As I eat

Core and more through flowing streams

The memory gleams

 

Whistle low

Softening the blow

Drunken feet

Take to street

Where we strangers known will meet

Hologram

Of my mind’s content

Glossy starch

On collar

Spirit cycle underwent

Remnants of dollar

 

Piece the meal

The banquet is served

The lurid

The blind herd

Each one gets what is deserved

In alleys of white

 

Give up fight

The papers are creased

Forever

Etched in quill

The weak minds not sitting still

The bosoms diseased

 

Derail me

Trains reset on tracks

Cutting ice

Like water

The magicians oft falter

When throwing the dice

 

Restrain me

Packets of the wave

Surge uphill

As I strive

By the call of banshee shrill

Leading through my Tribe

 

Contain me

I seep through the cracks

Eyesight lacks

The foresight

We bend where you will see might

Bringers of the Light

 

Unchain me

Imagination

Freed me fore

Molten core

The frame wedding the intent

Messengers we sent

Mourning lost vigil

Of her death

Rancid breath

Hovering in morning chill

As Time sweeps over

 

Illusion

Hammering vision

Retina

Stuck in loop

Twirling through eras

Fear disbands

Reprimands

Scorching lips smothering fate

Melancholy’s slate

 

Burning pyre

My inner realms dire

Desert space

None to face

No judgement but fall from Grace

Upon green-blue fields

That flay my every layer

Reinventing self

Gathering

The remnants

Low hanging fruit of cluster

Like diamond pendants

 

Aftermath

Resounding silence

Only core

Leftover

Remembering the absent

Decoration spent

 

A lifetime

Walking in penance

Hearts and spades

All just fades

Tricolour flag of clover

Hovers in game dreamt

 

Dealing rack

Falling through the skies

Like black rain

Hurried pain

The lashes bring back flashes

Of otherworldly

 

Thoughts to stack

Truth to tell from lies

When twin suns

Sizzle roads

Even dark rain quenches thirst

Of insides that burst

I composed

A song of perhaps

You and I

Eternal

A pair of humming birds free

Flight in the night’s sky

 

Decomposed

Flesh flung back at me

Bitter truth

Of this realm

The vanishing sweet corpses

Locked in death’s embrace

 

Illusion

Of mortality

Sank my heart

Then I heard

The voices singing the song

They sang beyond Time

 

Fading chant

Infused with the Love

Survived flesh

Burnt afresh

Cinders of memories flew

Back into motion

 

Emotion

Fanned by raging flames

Rekindled

The soul’s spark

If you hear not then do hark

Rising phoenix sings

 

You and I

Rotating dust specks

Settled in

Deep within

Where the core burgeoned again

Into soft petals

 

Purple bloom

On tree of whispers

Endless hum

Fills our cores

Deep in nooks of heart that stores

Carefree melodies

 

Ethereal

We rise through the airs

Whiff of scent

Hearts unbent

Pollinized sparkles of sun

Forming the true shape

 

Liquid frame

It rises from meld

Of the fires

Melting gold

Into crevices of rain

Eternal sunshine

They abound in life

Each footstep

A pathway

Leading to other futures

The road now chosen

 

I listen

To voice of angels

They talk light

Blue balance

Hushed sound of every instance

When eye renewed sight

 

Never more

Will the guides depart

Combined kin

Immortal

Their flesh a drop of ocean

The part from the whole

 

The choices

They represent life

Each archway

A bent sky

The falling rain that nurtures

When the dark clouds cry

 

They glisten

The suntanned creatures

Subtle might

Countenance

Sharing stark pride with penance

Light and darkness fight

Energy

Eternal

Gateways to multiple worlds

The wonder

Unfolding slowly

Higher sights

Within range

Vivid photons now derange

The smooth horizons

 

Succession

Past present future

Wondrous views

Earth renews

Icy age follows the fires

Metamorphosis

 

Moon hurtling

Out of its orbit

Sparkling death

Knitted net

A sun its son to remit

Within starlit skies

 

There is love

Woven in my heart

As I walk

Free and lone

Into the blue wilderness

Breathing the waters

 

I dive slow

Into melding sand

While the winds

Hold my hand

New heavens and Earths greet me

As I emerge low

 

Her scents whiff

Guiding star shines bright

Mother calls

Silent voice

They starch her choked collar stiff

As she exhales light
