Head bows not

In irreverence

Chest inhales

Flying whales

The din from my stomach drives

Sound of million lives

Beehives rise

Where the sun sets meek

Other cheek

Offered weak

Learning new phrases to speak

Puzzle of the crowd

Chatter loud

Rebel lash smothered

Blackened out

Whitewashed in

The rules ice on water thin

We rewind

Efforts undermined

Meek is hiss

Peace in bliss

The love the power outshined

Heart and mind entwined

Strange to kiss

Willow tree to miss

Tall to stand

All withstand

Shadows fading in the mist

Glistening rain in fist

Love to find

In uncanny kind

Gust of wind

To rescind

Beacon of light for the blind

Other kind remits

Dimmed the wits

Stilled the fits

Glory that bore us outfits

Of soul that befits

Arm in sling

The cast a dire strait

We await

Like weak bait

Hooked on the glitter-filled weight

Uncanny the gait

Changeling

Renewed the instinct

Eye that winked

Man extinct

Crawling the meek escaped brink

Edge where might will sink

Skies that rise

Forgotten the wise

Set sunrise

On demise

The nothing in glaring beam

To be what they seem

Birds that mock

Seasons out of stock

Set the lock

On havoc

Desolation way of stream

In the human dream

None to stand

I let go Her hand

Cattle brand

In the land

No power left to rewind

Destiny of blind

Sands that grind

Rising seas unkind

Stars that wind

In Her mind

Death oncoming theirs to find

Earth in crust to bind

Dust piling

Thunder beguiling

Ropes filing

Times riling

Unshed the voice of the meek

In the desert streak

Ceilings peel

Pillars downtown reel

Tendrils feel

Tombstones seal

Winds of raging death that reek

Of destruction’s peak

Body aroma

Gifted touch

In fingers

Learning the texture of rain

As it falls off you

Ghostly light

Plays upon your skin

Ringing tone

Whispers with which I rejoice

In corners of mind

Tongue unkind

Pillar of the weak

We undressed

In soul meek

Remnants of stains and laces

Glories disgraces

Heap the wage

Of war and pieces

Of life strewn

Under moon

Ravenous she stilled the dune

That played in your eyes

Tell me lies

Half-truths of morrows

Lead astray

Silent sway

Our naked bodies in hay

Futile world

Throbbing to the beat

Of unseen

Hands too keen

To smite rather than unite

Split not gather sheep

Buried deep

Resolutions dead

Woolly head

Wobbly knees

Eye barely grasps what it sees

The mind lost distant

Quick to bite

A dog eat dog world

Wolves galore

Woman whore

The man with the largest jaws

Rabies a constant

Stand at ease

Your meek mind appease

None to please

Weak to tease

I gave up flicking through fleas

On bedraggled skin

Holy din

The prayer excuse

Will to use

Right abuse

Curdled blood my veins perfuse

Madness does bemuse

Skipping through

The numb look away

The good cry

The bad smile

The music goes on a while

Before curtains fall

Bleak recall

Bis repetita

Non placent

Moving on

The art of dramaturgy

Through comedy’s peaks

Twined effort

Compounding inches

Of the flesh

Quarter pound

The quakes in hundreds resound

Of flailing senses

The garish

In hues of Toulouse

Colours me

Split rainbows

Released in dreams nightmarish

Fascinating haunt

The boys taunt

The stray kitten meek

Their eyes cruel

Their minds fuel

Imagination Hydes seek

To play with the prey

Wilting zone

For undead

Kingdoms rise

Survivors none the less wise
