The chances in ice

Celebrations yet dormant

Within Time’s spaces

A cramped sky of white

Clouds gathered competition

The silver linings

Birds in flights’ starkness

On backdrops of Heavens’ rims

Surrogate sisters

A hand on my knee

Pressure of a thousand cries

Purple dreams’ shadows

Your tears in my eyes

As wells brimmed with old despair

Crossed darkness in Heart

Summer’s painted skies

Contrasting orange for blue

Mythical morrows

Perhaps one Winter

I will swim in the lava

I walked into Love

Fearful, aligning my steps

A timid creature

Love watched me serene

Blowing at me with her winds

Playfully sowing

I walked in bubble

Made of the finest white glass

The texture of frost

Love picked at me slow

Her pecking bird of heavens

Slow delivery

The silent tremors

As she hovered around me

Oh the knees that shake!

I craned slight my neck

She drew blood with her sharp fangs

The bloodied retreat

I watched her now scared

Loathing her slight ugly form

Recollecting wits

Butterfly hovers

Caterpillar a mere slug

Loathing slimy trail

Love cast at me rocks

Hurling all within without

Sheared me, set me free

Naked and exposed

With my last shuddering sighs

I bowed to her slight

At last she then smiled

Mother and Father embraced

They showed me true Flames

Fire all consumed

From ashes I then emerged

The sun felt hunger

For the skin on my forearms

Its texture and touch

I hid in the ice

Cooling me in peace restored

Forgetting the sun

Its hunger clamoured

Reaching out to me in ice

Clad in my winter

Knowingly I plunged

I had shed clamours of you

Nightingale behind

The bird mutated

It grew blue from my traces

My sky-bound agent

Shrill it pecked at Heart

Its beak robust though so slight

Spent through ice cracking

Awoken from my slumber

Open Eye I kept

In between noises

But kept Heart in check

Time will not come back

Diverging paths watch

Heavens choices can be read

Confusion of minds

Let loose mists upon the Hearts

That in Love were set

Bring me skies’ atoms

Let me knit you stars blankets

To keep out the cold

Breathe in Tomorrow

Where Heart beats fully, only

In precincts of Love

Shades of yesterday

Forgotten by tireless soul

That in past had strived

Life flows not backwards

All rivers upstream won’t flow

Respite name darkens

From front to flipside

Every area in flames

Caught in your loving

Heartbeats throb faster

Two in one will live ever

As the souls will twirl

The fingers sealed it

Promise by your kiss followed

Into depths of me

Gaze into my eyes

How could I forsake your touch?

I wake before dawn

Having slept at its onset

Verily refreshed

If you are handler

Let my body be handles

That you may hold me

Thoughts of you suffuse

My very core as they light

Every handle’s fires

I became candle

That you may see in the dark

During your journeys

I became your feet

That I may lift your being

To the highest states

Elevated, free

You trod upon me never

We flew in heavens

Like your cloak of skies

I sleep with your sweet setting

Within me you rise

The suns wilting, skulk

At this radiance of you

As your soul unfolds

The moon unabashed

Held mirror to your image

And stole your silver

Sun and moon conspired

In wake of your glorious light

To cast you shadows

What is this madness

That day is night, night is day

And you stay the One?

When you loved me then I became all Love

So I may feel fires in your bosom

I was your moon and your sorrow-filled dove

I was your flower never to blossom

When your heart ached I became all heartache

So I may be one with all of your pangs

And none of this could ever make me quake

Not even the thoughts of death’s sharpened fangs

Divided by such a thin paper wall

Between the nothingness and everything

Absorbing Love lessens shock of the fall

My Love, my light, my prince, nay say my King

As I wither into eternal sigh

My arms heavy cloaked in loss of morrow

Your Love lends me bliss and hopes oh so high!

Of more time, just time that I could borrow

Time still marble would not lend me a while

And as I croak, throat parched by your absence
