## 📜 ORIGINAL POEM
Sometimes the suffering of others enters the body like a wound of its own. Exhaling Stillness moves through helplessness before injustice, forgotten codes of honour and the fragile protections we build around ourselves. Somewhere between anguish and acceptance lies a middle way — a place where the fluttering heart grows quiet, knots slowly unravel, and breath returns through stillness.
Restless Times The road knows two sides Straight ahead Wall awaits Pacing left right and centre Footsteps a quagmire

[Verse] Burnt desire memories Parchment Coded red, Bloodied lips garment utter light words of safe havens where roam free Peacocks and Ravens
[Verse] When mighty Dragons founded grace the brave Knights adopting their pace upheld the old code to appease Middle way lost in centuries
[Chorus] Spear pierces, its thrust solemn sigh Exposed flank receiving I cry Like a fluttering dove that weeps exhaling stillness as breath seeps
[Verse] Angels sway to tunes of morrows as voices crackle when sorrows through their subtle ways overcome the slight thunders of their low hum
[Verse] Knots untied slowly un-weaving The widows and sons bereaving The lost promises from anger Knitted faith protects no longer
