Redemption – Cinematic, Indie, Trip Hop Versions | Song created with Suno (my lyrics, my voice)
10 September 2026
Young woman sitting cross legged with hands at the level of her knees, palms upwards and cosmic light going from one palm to the other as a circle in front of the woman. The colours behind her are pink and gold while her clothes are a soft brown with some bright orange in it

## 🧠 ABOUT THE PROCESS

I transformed my original poem by adapting it into lyrics that were then used for a song generated using Suno, featuring my voice. Below you’ll find part of the original poem, the revised lyrics, and the musical version.

## 📜 ORIGINAL POEM

Redemption explores the small signs and unexpected guidance that can lead us towards transformation. Pennies become measures of change: a quarter reminds us how little it can take to begin, while three quarters warns that coming close is not the same as arriving. Open hearts may appear strange or nonsensical to closed minds, yet it is openness that allows us to recognise the tokens scattered along our path. And when we lose the inner child — our wonder, curiosity and capacity to imagine — even Wonderland descends into mayhem. Redemption asks for more than progress: ultimately, it asks for the whole of us.

Holy wars
Within the ether
Infuse me
With the blood
It flows down like mighty flood
Channels in code red

## ✍️ ADAPTED LYRICS

[Verse]
Channels in code red to tether
Holy wars within the ether
They infuse me with sacred blood
It flows down like a mighty flood

[Verse]
When we bled we showered the grounds
In the steely rings through playgrounds
From the stars right down to the dust
where strong circles around us rust

[Verse]
The three kings, they lost Northern guide
The doubts disperse the Soul, divide
Our choice in the proof, not landslide
By the clear tokens we abide

[Chorus]
Open Hearts the closed minds derange
One quarter within the small change
Half nonsense, uncommon is strange
Three quarters Redemption estrange

[Verse]
Earthen roof covets inner skies
We gather slow countless replies
Voices churn, Confusion in cries
Maiden sighs while the Knight denies

[Verse]
Who is where, Alice lost her hare
Rabbit tore his hair in despair
All turned wild, no clocks to repair
Lost the child, no wisdom to share

[Chorus]
Open Hearts the closed minds derange
One quarter within the small change
Half nonsense, uncommon is strange
Three quarters Redemption estrange
