Falling leaves crackle
Their voices echo of plight
As they hit the ground
Resounding thud in my mind
Speaks of reaching new levels
Melting summer heat
Sets free air in horizon
Where ground meets the skies
Lower stance breeds higher soul
As the push furthers the pull
Scorching sun beams down
With scarce summer breeze hissing
Soundless voices speak
Mind in stillness hears better
Old vows in contract renewed
Drops of water call
Sweet thunder in the making
The Earth speaks loud, clear
Listen to the voice; I heed
With spirit I walk unscathed
