Earthen boon
shown too soon
Pied piper blowing new tune
for maiden to swoon
Lesson heed
know flower from weed
Darkness creed
fear to feed
blossoms growing from the seed
self a silken reed

The future
that it hones

Relentless
terror raged
Helpless victims not fleeing:

with murderous strides

I Goddess receptacle

lies the solution
One to one
opposing

Strip me bare
of incantations
Let me wear
Heart a shield
My intentions laden field
of heartfelt nations
Count me more
Invisible frame
Hurt to tame
sad and sore
into unclear translations

Untrue to proclaim
winner’s lies
Loser’s sighs
heaving in heart battle cries
woman, child they despise
Touch my skin
It reeks of sadness
Infinite
Is my pain
to see, not to stain
Free from the duress
I walk straight
into what I know

piles on back
trying to cut myself slack
