She gazed at the intricate details of the carvings on it. She wondered how anyone could carve such ornate figures at such a miniature level. She also wondered what they had thought about when carving the details. Did they think at all while performing such a delicate task ? Surely one had to be fully focused on the actual task at hand and could not let one’s mind wander off into other areas of interest.

She turned it over and caressed the small carvings of names (or of initials depending upon how long the name was) that attested whom it had belonged to. At the bottom she could read and feel the carving of a R and a B. Soon she would add her initials to those names. Whenever she caressed the initials she felt as if she were in touch again with her dead grandmother and beyond her with all her female ancestry. There were so many more beautiful things that she could have taken from her mother’s treasured collection but for some reason this had been the only thing with which she had felt a connection.

She remembered how her grandmother would dote over it and spell out to her the names for which only the initials had been carved on it. She delicately opened the pin making sure she did not prick herself on the edge of it and fastened it to her shirt. It was supposed to act as a lucky talisman. She was going for an interview and needed all the luck she could get she thought. She looked at herself in the mirror and the beautiful carved brooch caught her eye. Lucky talisman or not, she felt this alone would make her stand out in the crowd of candidates.

She smoothed the areas of the shirt around the brooch, combed her hair with her fingers, took her bag and walked out of the door her head full of hopes and the brooch sitting squarely upon her chest. When she slid into the back seat of the cab, the driver’s attention to her brooch put a smile to her lips. If a man so blasé as cab drivers were could be interested in the brooch, so would be her interviewers or at least the female ones.

She touched the brooch softly caressing its intricate details. She was carrying with her the whole female tribe she belonged to. They would not let her down. This was not just any heirloom she thought, this was the combined strength of a lineage of unusually strong women. She smiled again to herself. All would be well soon.

Hush

Hush

Hush George Redhawk

Hush she said and the woods were silent. The pitter-patter of raindrops a deafening sound covering her waning heartbeat. Hush she said and the rain softly subsided, an occasional drop on a leaf resounding like a thud in her head. Hush she said and the leaves ceased caressing the wind, their whispers fading into the rising dusk. Hush she said and the blood in her veins slowed tenfold until she could hear the drip like a background music to the occasional flap of wings of a cawing crow shaking off the rain. Hush she said and the darkness engulfed her with its palpable silence like a long forgotten and well-worn cloak. Hush she said her eyes finally closing, her soul softly embracing the dark night.

She looked around her. The room was plunged in darkness akin to the that which her consciousness had been plunged in. She recalled how the two men had come to her talking of a former colleague that she had long forgotten. Later on she had discovered that as her consciousness was now entirely entwined with the collective consciousness, when she forgot someone whom she had known before that person literally disappeared completely from everyone’s memories. There was a period of lag however and it would seem that it was just before this happened that the two men had reached out to her.

She realised that whenever she forgot something or someone that thing or that person slowly started fading away or disappearing before vanishing altogether from the world. Once her former colleague back in her memories though, she resurfaced in the worldly realm and continued to carry on a normal life. She had also discovered that by small movements in her energetic alignment she could also make things or people appear or disappear as she shifted from one reality to another. This was not without its dangers however as it could also change her present and future altogether into something she might not necessarily like.

She also recalled how she had been so close to merging with the consciousness of her Twinflame and the rush of energy she had experienced when doing so. Although the merging had been averted she had been reborn into the realms of the Gods from the mere act of pursuing that merging and from that day on her consciousness had become totally entwined with that of Gaia and the collective consciousness of all the beings living on Gaia. She was still filled with sorrow at the idea of no longer being able to merge her consciousness finitely with that of her Twinflame but had been consoled by the fact that she was at least one with Gaia.

Of late, however, her mind was increasingly burdened by the intricacies of her situation and she felt every day less inclined to live in this world. Her daily meditation brought her a few hours of peace but then the humdrum of everyday life, especially one that had become so complicated, left her with a profound sense of dissatisfaction. Growingly she felt the stillness of the meditation’s peak draw her to it. She wanted to be one with the stillness, the great absence of any movement. She closed her eyes and concentrated on the stillness within, her consciousness calling the void.

Scientists around the world watched with horror as a black hole emerged at a point in space closer than what they felt was comfortable to the Earth. She opened her third eye and embraced the Interstellar darkness that called to her from within the void. Her consciousness merged with the dark energy that was throbbing within it and twirled around locked on to the energy. The black hole expanded and whirled. She felt her chest dilate almost to a point of rupture. The room was filled all of a sudden with a blinding flash of light.

Her chest expanded into the light before both seemingly collapsed into each other. She opened her eyes and could see the twirling dark energy. She raised her hands towards it but realised that she could not see her hands anymore. Her body had also disappeared and all that she could see was a swirling of dark matter joining the dark energy in front of her. All of a sudden she felt like she was on a joyride and she felt the rush before reaching a standstill again. Slowly she could see her body reappear in parts. It was an eerie sight. She closed her eyes again and could feel the darkness beckoning to her once more. Once more she merged with the void and its darkness.

She looked out of the window at a blue sky full of fluffy clouds. Ironically the clouds reminded her of how the memories of him were slowly fading. She had known him once with utmost certainty but now she was not sure anymore. She thought back to their first encounter. Not the one she remembered consciously but the one that had been at the back of her mind when they had met fleetingly on the small strip before the beach. When she had glanced at him then and her eyes had met his she had known deep in her heart that it was him but the thought had been so preposterous that she had had to brush it aside, grit her teeth and walk on. She had then seen him go into a sports car that was parked on that strip.

For years the memory had haunted her. The thought that she had walked beside the love of her life and not had the courage to take a chance and speak to him had weighed her down for years. Then he had reappeared in her life. First in a ghost-like form with no words said but for the evanescent image of him. Then with increasing precision in the form to which was added a telepathic communication. She wondered whether he was aware at all of this or if she was the only one seeing and hearing him. His spirit-like presence then became a daily routine in her life but left her with the ache of not having him around in flesh and blood.

She turned back from the window and glanced around the room which was submerged in pale light coming from the one window that was open. The room reeked of wasted memories and unshed tears. She wished she could turn back time and go back to that moment to see if she could change the course of fate but she knew it was not possible here and now. It reassured her to think that there was a version out there in the Multiverse where she had taken that risk and was perhaps growing old with the love of her life. He whispered in her head that he would come to her Time and Time again when the elements were favourable. It reassured her even more to think that maybe serendipity would put them both on the same path again. In Time. She smiled a wane smile before the tears finally welled in her eyes.  Someday…Somewhere…In Time…

The wind caressed her face as she looked onward into the horizon walking slowly. The sun was high up in the sky and she could hear birds all around her. In the street below she could see people walking with what seemed to be a sense of purpose. Some of them were the gardeners that worked in the houses around and some were the maids that were either running errands or on their way to meet each other. It was a sunny laid back Friday like many others she had witnessed from her room. She watched them for what seemed an eternity.

Suddenly one of the maids lifted her head and saw her. She stopped right in her tracks and beckoned to one of the persons passing by. Both then looked up at her. She lifted her gaze again and watched the birds as they flew from one tree to another in the distance. They had cut all the trees in her garden so the birds did not fly around the house that much anymore. She looked at the sun which was now slowly on the way to setting. In the street below she could hear the interest build up. She shifted slightly, changing her posture and a gasp went through the crowd that had gathered below. She looked down again and could see the row of faces turned towards her, watching her every move.

In the distance she could hear a police car which seemed to be approaching. A few moments later she saw the police car with its siren on pull into the street and stop in front of her house dispersing the crowd. A policeman came out of the car. « You need to come down Madam. You cannot stay there » he said. She stared at him and looked back at the sun that was setting. The police officer reiterated his request. She looked down at her legs. The ledge on which she was standing was quite narrow. She took a step forward and then another. She could feel herself float through the air and then all went dark as an excruciating pain shot through her jaw, hand and torso. She shut her eyes. The crowd closed in on her.

Fireflies in the sky

Fireflies in the sky

7 March 2018

The road was getting darker as she drove further into the wilderness. Looking back into the rear view mirror she could see the city fading behind her. Soon the city lights would all be gone. She pondered whether she should continue on this road as there were no street lights. She realised that if she got lost here there would be nobody to turn to help for as not many people chose to go through this road, especially at this time of the night.

As if in answer to her internal question, a small light flickered ahead and she thought it to be a good omen. Surely there would be a few people ahead of her whom she could ask for help if she were to get stranded on these external routes. She pressed the pedal and sped toward the source of the light which flickered before it went out. Her doubts returned again but she decided to carry on all the same. All around her she could feel the desert slowly closing in on her as the road branched into smaller desert paths.

She drove on in almost pitch black except for where her headlights cleared a path in the black of the night. At times she was not even sure anymore that she was still on the path except for the fact that she could feel hard ground under the wheels. She decided to pay special attention to the feel of the road and to return in case she felt the front wheels touch any sand. She was aware that if she got stuck in the sand here there would be little chance of her getting out of it before the morning.

She marveled at how just a few kilometers away from the heart of a buzzing city full of nightlife one could go to such pitch black silence. In the distance she could hear the hum of the electrical posts that were relaying life saving electricity to the residents of the city. She thought to herself that while people could use candlelight to replace the bulbs in case of an outage nobody could do anything against the heat if such a thing were to happen. She remembered the month in July when her air conditioner had been out of service and the landlord had taken weeks to repair it. Each day had then been like a journey into hell and her helper had had to change the bedsheets every day.

She noticed a flicker again in the sky and decided to drive in its direction. The tiny flicker grew a bit and was joined by other flickers that started to grow in size as she drove nearer. She could see in the distance an outline of trees with the flickers just above the treetops. She hastened towards the point where all the flickers seemed to converge, anxious to find out where the flickers came from. Soon she reached the end of the desert path which then turned into sand. She took out the torch light from the glove compartment and proceeded toward the source of the flickering light.

After a few meters, she came into what seemed like a growth of several palm trees and other trees she could not identify. At the top of the trees she could see hundreds of them flickering in the sky. It was like a cosmic dance of light and she realised that the flickering was from fireflies. The sky was full of them. She wondered how the fireflies had gotten here and then decided to enjoy the sight without further questions. She raced back to the car and took out the mat that she kept there. She unfolded it on the ground and lay on it, gazing up at where the fireflies in the sky competed with the light of the stars. It was the first time in a long while that she could actually see the stars. The fireflies with the backdrop of the stars was so beautiful it brought tears to her eyes as she lay back gazing at the illuminated sky.

She looked at the Mother squarely and could see that there was something the Mother wanted to say but was refraining from saying it. Softly she told the Mother that she had decided to bring the rains upon the land once again. The Mother told her that she was aware of it as this had already embodied into rain in the future that the Mother could see. She turned and looked at herself in the mirror and then turned back to the Mother again. She told her that she had hesitated a lot but then decided to do so because there were so many people who could be adversely affected by the growing heat if she let things go as they had started off with the fires of the phoenix. The Mother merely smiled at her.

She turned back again from the Mother and like in a self confession she whispered almost to herself that she had decided to use the techniques of the shamans of old. She knew from the Mother that first came the word that was used to invoke the right frame of Magic for the intent to manifest. She had therefore decided that she would use a couple of poems for the transition from the drought-like state to a state of rainy weather. She knew that the world of the physical had its own rules so it would not be possible to go straight from one to the other and therefore decided that she would first gather some white clouds and then darken them in order to bring the rain upon the land.

As instructed in earlier stages by the Mother she first released the worded embodiment of the manifestation she wished to create into the collective consciousness and then sought to manifest it by entering into a meditative state using the music that the Mother indicated to her as appropriate. The first step of gathering the clouds was successful and she looked happily at the fluffy white clouds in the sky that had only minutes earlier been blue and free of any type of clouds. As the clouds gathered in the sky, she smiled to herself thinking that this was indeed a step in the good direction.

She waited a couple of days for the situation to stabilise and then released the worded embodiment of a storm into the collective consciousness. This last wording however was released into a smaller number of individual components of the collective consciousness and she could therefore feel that it would be less successful. She decided nevertheless to pursue the intention of causing rain to fall upon the land and armed with her headphones and her mobile, she sat in the park where she could connect directly to Gaia. Once the headphones secured on her head, she started breathing slowly and regularly and drifted into the meditation.

The drums of thunder that accompanied the music of the flute lulled her to sleep and she felt herself sink slowly into an altered state of consciousness. As with each time she entered such a state she could see ravens all around her and hear them cawing to her. The ravens pointed to the middle of the sky where an eye revealed itself before tears started flowing from it. She realised that the tears were flowing in the form of rain and she could hear the sound of the thunderstorm in the music accompany aptly the sound of the falling rain. She opened her eyes and could see the rain falling from a dark brooding sky all around her onto the landscaped gardens of the park. She looked around her pleased with this achievement and smiled.

She watched as the visions of her invoking the rain unfolded but she was not determined yet to bring them into this reality. She surmised that when she had first stopped the rains with the combined effect of her worded intent and the shamanic trances with their resulting phoenix fires she had been fully possessed with the wrath of the phoenix so it had resulted in a heightened output of drought. The result was not just a cessation of rains but also a heightened temperature that was very unlikely for the season. She realised that for now she was only fully willing to bring in some winds to cool the otherwise unbearable temperature.

She came out of her trance and looked around her. She had to admit that even if it weren’t for the fact that she was in between two minds it would be difficult for her to bring back the rains on the land. They had indeed stripped her garden of its tall trees that had given her a connection to Gaia and she knew it was not possible for her to do the raindance in one of the parks where there were trees as people around her might call the police thinking her crazy. She wondered whether the smaller shrubs in her garden could give her a connection that was strong enough to allow the intent to penetrate Gaia’s core.

She knew that without Gaia’s collaboration even the strongest of Shamans would need at least a month in order to invoke rain after activation of the wrath of the phoenix which had released its flames into the atmosphere. She realised that having the rains come after the rainy season, especially if that season had been incredibly warm would seem too odd and perhaps someone would notice the discrepancies and that would create more problems for her. She wondered whether she should invoke the rain at all as her projects had still not come to fruition and she was not sure they would not interfere again in her life making it unbearable.

That night she went to bed early as the Mother had told her she wanted her to be available for a journey. As she fell asleep, she saw the beautiful face of the Mother who guided her and told her that she needed to journey to the land of ravens to make up her mind and see what sources of connection to Gaia she could use to manifest her intent into the world. Several months ago, the Mother had already told her that the beginning of the manifestation was by the written word that was like a magic scripture and that further intent with shamanic intensity as well as connection to Gaia had to be put in to manifest any reality that was linked to Gaia.

As she walked in the dream she saw ravens collect around her and some sat on her head and shoulders. They cawed loudly as she swayed to the hypnotic music that played somewhere in the distance. It was a mixture of drum beats and flute that echoed strangely across the empty lands. The ravens cawed in unison to the music and then rose above her head to form a swirling circle that looked like a whirlpool. While she gazed at the whirlpool she saw within it red poppies, bougainvillae and roses. The Mother told her that these would be her connection to Gaia and that she would need to hold the bougainvillae or the roses while she was doing the shamanic dance so that it would be more effective.

She wondered why the Mother had not simply told her which connection to use for Gaia but the Mother told her that Gaia like all other living beings had her own free will and chose freely how to connect with humans. That choice could only be voiced to humans in an altered state of consciousness through the portal that ravens created which is why she had had to journey to the land of ravens otherwise also known as the land in between mundane reality and the Netherworld. It was a land that one visited when in shamanic trance or within dreams. The Mother also told her that she would need to make up her mind on what she really wanted to do as manifesting something only worked when one was totally convinced that one wanted it to happen.

She shook her head and looked around her as she woke up from the dream. She was not sure she wanted to invoke the rain but at the same time she knew that if she kept the wrath of the phoenix alive then the land would be scorched in a few months as the temperature would keep rising higher. She realised that it would be easier if her projects had been fully successful as she could then be relaxed and dedicate her time to a successful outcome instead of being in between minds about the weather and not manifesting the rain.

She looked out of the window and pitch black met her gaze as there were no street lamps near her house and the moon was hidden. She squared her shoulders and looked back inside the room at her reflection in the mirror. Her face was tired and drawn. She needed to make up her mind on whether to carry out the shamanic dance using the points of connection shown in her dream. She could feel the Mother hovering in the air behind her. She hid her face in her hands for a few seconds and then turned to face the Mother…

The Mother talked to her of nightly visits, of flights in the sky and children with hawk-like beaks and human bodies that traveled in between worlds. The Mother watched over her and reassured her that soon things would be back to normal and she should then bring back rains to the land. According to the Mother it had all been a combination of a mistake on behalf of one faction and a test on behalf of another who had not synchronised their actions with the first faction. The result had been a messy situation where she had got hurt and her livelihood had been stripped from her. The Mother reassured her that nobody had had the intention of really harming her.

As she woke up, she remembered the Mother’s words and realised that it was probably going to be true as her situation was slowly but surely improving. All that had been done to her was fading and the impact would soon be gone if the projects she was working upon were successful. She realised that even though she did not have a positive outcome yet she would have to start her dance with the spirits of the rain as she could not wait until the rainy season was over. It would indeed appear odd if she were to invoke the rains totally outside of the rainy season. Besides she knew that she had put in so much strength when invoking the fires of the phoenix that it would take her at least a week of raindance to get the rain started again. She wondered whether they had realised that she had invoked the spirits of the drought or whether they had simply stopped interfering with her situation regardless of that.

Slowly but surely, she aligned her intent with the positioning of the spirits and began to sway internally and outwards. In sync with the beats and therefore the frequency of the thunder clouds, she danced consciously joining hands with the spirits and twirling with them above the desert sands. This time they gathered clouds and made sure they impregnated them with the intent of water so that they could slowly be charged and subsequently wet the lands with their content. She wondered whether she would need them to seed the clouds that they formed or whether the dance alone would be enough to invoke the rains.

Onwards she twirled with the spirits, her astral body gleaming in the sunlight and she did not stop until the night fell around her body equally twirling on the ground far below. She continued dancing to the moon conjuring its rays so that the waters in the sea would swell and impregnate further the clouds. Her body rocked with the intensity of the thunderbolts that shot through it and her hair stood at ends under the effect of the mini lightning rays that her dance provoked. Her astral body left a trail of steam that was strewn across the sky as she pulled intended blankets of clouds over the sun. Day after day she continued this exercise until the Mother told her that it was now enough and the rains would arrive shortly. She raised high her hands above her head, aligned her pineal gland with her vagus nerve, twirled her body one way and its opposite and let out a guttural cry like the shamans of old before yelling « Rain down on me ». The sky darkened, lightning appeared in the horizon as the clouds broke into corridors of darkened fluffy balls and the rain showered the lands.

Alternate realities – Chapter 3 : The journey inwards

Alternate realities – Chapter 3 : The journey inwards

13 February 2018

al tuo tocco 3 nirvana-meditation1

Since the time of her twinflame’s betrayal and the subsequent ordeal she had gone through she had not been in the company of her twinflame while he was conscious. She realised that he seemed to have lost interest in her after the time he had staged an interaction with the person he had been posing as. At the last minute that time the person he was posing as did not turn up for the meeting although several signals had been coordinated at the point of their meeting in order to condition her. The signals were tailored to her frequency so nobody else in the mall would be subject to them.

The mall she was waiting at had a systematic sound of chimes ringing at a regular frequency to lull her mind into compliance while she was waiting. When she had finally realised he would not be coming, she sat at a dinner table to eat alone. While she was eating he passed on a message to her through subliminal suggestion and she understood that he had informed his psychiatrist about her. She had laughed inwards thinking that his psychiatrist must have thought him to be completely crazy to be talking about a woman who reached out to him in the form of a ghost and could make love with him in that form and then vanish without a trace. She would have loved to be in that room and hear that conversation.

It had been a while since she last went to join him in etheric form. Several weeks and then months passed by without her contacting him except to answer his telepathic incursions in her mind. She could not avoid that because once the twinflame connection had been triggered it was impossible to turn off that telepathic communication. It had been genetically engineered in all aliens who had chosen to be born on Earth by impregnation of the chosen mother rather than coming to Earth in their original form. The same genetic engineering had been put in place for when the time would come for changes to be implemented by the resulting hybrids. She laughed when thinking about all the individuals who were afraid of an alien invasion. Little did they know that aliens had been on Earth for thousands of years and not only that but they had interbred with human beings and some had been injected into the wombs of human women to be born as hybrids.

She sighed and resumed her position as she went deeper into the meditative state. Like every time she meditated she could feel herself plunging into an internal world full of magic and luminosity. It was as if she entered a cave from the outside world only to find that the cave was much brighter than the outside world once the initial threshold had been stepped over. As she swayed she could feel her body become lighter and collapse underneath as she rose above it and viewed herself. Every time she came out of her body it was as if a thousand pieces of data surrounded her and she could read all of them together. While she was out of her body, she could access any knowledge she wanted to and past, present and future were all one frozen state of being as she watched them converge into the focal point of the now.

She breathed deeper and her consciousness fluttered, joining hands with her oversoul. When she had initially experimented with the out of body experiences, she had only been able to link her mind with her consciousness and etheric self. Nowadays she was getting more skilled at her out of body experiences and could actually establish contact with her oversoul which lay within the deeper recesses of the cave full of light that she delved into when meditating. Whenever that connection was established, she was able to access an array of events and alternate versions of herself. It was like watching several movies at the same time with her as the heroin of all the movies. Some versions of her did not look fully like her as there were some small changes but the main features and body build were substantially the same. She touched one of the other beings in one of the alternate versions and that being disappeared…
