The notes of a silly song
Strumming through my head
Through my heart code red
See the fate that brings us together

We could not see through
We would not see through
See the slate now written forever
See my plate piled with the leftover
We will now pile new

On a head that has been shorn
We lived through what was dead
Saw it was well alive instead
