The Earth under

Frayed inking of Future
Forgotten wishes of Doubt
The space in between Certainties
Stark tainting of my soul that calls out
Seep through everything and its opposite
What you have within to come without
Flush gaps in these Uncertainties
Carry my frail voice in shout
See in me verb nurture
Flow in me to cope
Sustain blunder

I wonder: if we look at ourselves in those mirrors do we always see the truth or do we still gaze at a reflection of what we want to see? I like where this piece takes me. Another beautiful write, Geetha.
Thank you Thomas. I hope that whatever it is we see, we see it with the eyes of compassion and kindness. Sometimes we are harder on ourselves than we are on others forgetting that kindness is to be granted to all including the self
You are welcome, Geetha…yes, indeed…we must learn to forgive ourselves for mistakes we have made and to treat ourselves kindly.
Hopefully we will see a day where everyone treats themselves and others with the same kindness Thomas. I dream of such a day and live in that moment of dream when times are really dark 🙂
