She shuffled to the park bench where she usually sat, her back still upright although the rest of her frame showed more of the frailty of old age. Two joggers looked at her vividly coloured clothes astonished at the marked difference between the peaceful serenity of her face and the gaudy colours of her salwar kameez. She merely smiled at them and waved as if she were waving to some long lost friends. They waved back after a few seconds of hesitation. It was always like that she thought in this foreign country where westerners did not expect strangers to wave or even smile at them.

As she watched them jog down the path she had just come from, she slowly opened the bag that she had extracted from her large handbag. It was a plastic bag filled with breadcrumbs and chunks of potato from yesterday’s servings that she had saved. She started throwing some to the birds that had gathered around her in the daily tradition and they readily started gobbling the morsels. All the while throwing the bread crumbs, she told them stories of the past, her present woes and her wishes for the future. The birds hovered or walked around her alternatively cooing or eating while she continued her monologue in hushed tones adding now and then a mark of appreciation for their listening.

  • Nobody listens anymore to my stories. I got so many to tell from my younger days but none of the young boys bother to hear them. They want stories of Superman and Batman but I can only tell stories of an old woman who was once young and lived an extraordinary life travelling.
  • Coo… coo.. coo
  • I did not travel like Superman of course as I did not have fast cars but I did travel once on the Orient Express
  • Coo… cooo… coo
  • I know dear. The Orient Express is not that exciting for youngsters today but I also traveled on the Palace on wheels which many youngsters still like today albeit when they are a bit older than James and Morris
  • Coo…cooo…coo
  • Who are James and Morris ? Well they are my grandchildren dearies. Did I not speak to you of my grandchildren ? Oh, they are a beautiful pair. A bit naughty but a beautiful pair of young children all the same. They call me grammy and want me to tell stories of Batman and Superman but I only had my own stories to tell
  • Coo… cooo…coo
  • Susan bought me a few books. She says I can read those books to them as they have stories of Superman and Batman. I do that now but then who will listen to my stories ?
  • Coo… cooo…coo
  • I know you will dearies. You are so kind. My late Robert used to say one day we will both be old and maybe not remember each other anymore but I am sure we will remember enough to tell each other stories. He is now long gone my Robert and my stories still hang around my head whispering to me so that I may tell them to someone. I wish my Robert were here to listen to my stories. I would look at him and say listen old man (chuckling) – he was an old fool, Robert – I have a wealth of memories to share with you. He was an old fool indeed. Always used to say that I looked just like the young girl he had always known.

She kept chuckling and sharing both pieces of the food in the bag and stories of the past as well as hopes for the future. The birds gathered around her in more tight ranks as the murmur of her voice subsided. As the sun went down, the joggers who were passing by on their way back saw her extended frame on the bench where she had stretched out to peacefully pass away, her wealth of memories tucked away into her folds forever.

With her first bite, Omega realised that the animal she was eating was not cooked and she was eating it with the blood still in it. The clones were eating similar animals and she watched with curiosity as they took the trickle from the side of their mouths and made red marks on their forehead and cheeks with it. She asked Antares what this was and the latter answered that this was to welcome her into the tribe and wish her a long existence. Omega thought it strange that a welcome should be conveyed with what seemed more like war paint to her but she said nothing and merely smiled at the copies and at Antares. The copies smiled back according to Antares although to Omega it looked like they were snarling. She found it curious that they should be consciousness clones for which the bodies had been formed by Prime Creator from the same DNA of his wife with certain modifications that he had inserted to enhance his wife’s DNA as it led to a deficient immune system.

Omega was not sure why Prime Creator had created first the bodies and then extracted the consciousness out of them to place them into the Sim city instead of carrying out his experience in his world with the clones. She was also not sure why he chose to use his wife’s DNA if it had a code of deficient cells in it. Another thing which she was curious about was why she did not have the same deficiencies and none of the animal-like behaviour and appearance as the other clones. According to some notes that she had extracted from the pile of data that Prime Creator had been compiling, she had started transforming her own shape as well as the world around her. She was not sure about how she had gone about the process but just realised one day that she could do it like she could project herself out of the Sim City in a human body and not just as an electric presence. Antares was tracing her thoughts as she had not shielded herself against the telepathic communication but she was not worried as she did not expect Antares to causer her any harm.

Omega signaled to Antares that they should not stay like they were, secluded, but should rather get back to Prime Creator’s fort and help the other beings in Sim City to come out. Antares was not sure this was a good plan as within Sim City none of the beings had ever shown an interest in being out of the limited scope of the city. Omega mentioned that a lot had changed since Antares had left and many had started questioning their surroundings as their consciousness had started growing in awareness under the influence of the growth of Omega’s awareness. Omega told Antares that they should rescue the others because they were similar beings to both of them and chances were that many of the women were altered versions of consciousness downloaded from bodies created using modified DNA of Prime Creator’s wife. When Antares mentioned that there were too many dangers both out in the woods and in Prime Creator’s fort, Omega argued that they could establish a pact with the beasts that followed Aiga and exterminate the wilder beasts together with them. As for Prime Creator’s people, they just needed more clones so Omega suggested that perhaps they should wait until more clones ran away from Sim City.

Antares looked at Omega strangely before informing her that there was no reason to wait for more clones as they could create them. When Omega looked at her curiously Antares slowly folded upon herself and seemed to signal the other clones as well because all of them folded upon themselves. When they slowly unfolded Omega could see that they seemed to be in an advanced stage of the reproduction cycle she had learnt about in Prime Creator’s databases. Shortly after that, Antares and all the clones had laid down something that looked like an egg with an infant’s legs and as Omega watched closely, the beings folded upon themselves and continued mutating into something that looked more human through each cycle of mutation. When the process was complete each of the earlier clones had developed one more clone totally identical to it and Antares had one which was totally identical to her.

Omega was astonished with the rapidity of the growth and wondered whether the clones would be weak but Antares assured her that they would have the same strength as the clones they derived from. According to Antares, Omega herself could do this as any consciousness could fold and modify matter at will when freed from the notions of limitations on matter. Antares told her that the earlier clones had a less developed consciousness than her so if they could do it, then she could do it as well but the only restriction she had was her impression that she would not be able to do it successfully while they followed their primal instinct to do so effortlessly. Antares told her that they could do this at will as many times as required although each separation of consciousness and matter from themselves weakened them. It was therefore not advisable to make too many at a time.

Antares beckoned to Omega and her new-born that she said would be called Cassandra and when they were close to her she bonded their hands and signaled to the others that they should follow the lead of these two as if they were following her and should any of the three fall, then the tribe would need to follow one of the survivors. Antares asked Cassandra and Omega to make sure that they guided parts of the tribe separately so that they would not all die at once if attacked by the beasts. Omega then focused on Aiga calling out to her so that she may come and join forces with them. Aiga told her that this was madness as they had no weapons while Prime Creator had very sophisticated weapons but Omega said they would have the advantage of the surprise and the number. Besides they could steal into the fort using the sewage system which was not guarded as she had found out on one of her incursions into Prime creator’s world. Omega and Aiga agreed that they would join forces to take down the large wild beasts before attempting to take down Prime Creator. Antares had tuned into their telepathic channel and let out a growl which all the earlier clones and the new clones replicated as all of them could hear the approaching sounds of paws thumping the ground…

Patrick suddenly squeezed her hand startling her out of her thoughts regarding the new comissioner.

  • There he is, he says. What is he doing here.
  • Where, she says. I don’t see any man
  • Don’t turn your head now as he is several feet away behind you. You can look later
  • What is he wearing ?
  • Brown pants with a beige shirt. I guess he is off duty today.

Slowly Fantine turns when Patrick signals she can and sees the back of a man who is graying and whose clothes seem starched. While she is appraising him, she realises that he is doing the same. She had forgotten that there was a large mirror on the wall of the shawarma dine-in and now she sees that he clearly is watching her watching him. She feels a bit embarrassed at being caught peering and becomes even more unsettled when she sees him stand up and walk their way. Fantine hopes that he will just pass by them but he stops at their table.

  • Hello Fantine, I am Michel, do you remember me ? says the commissioner
  • You two know each other, questions Patrick
  • I am sorry, I don’t know who you are, says Fantine
  • I am Michel, your previous neighbours’ son whom you used to help with studies. You used to also give me some of your lunch when the ugly trio beat me and took mine and you used to defend me when they picked on me in your presence. I could remember your face anywhere.
  • Michel ! she gasped. He looked anything but skinny now. In fact he was looking pretty fit and handsome while he had been such a sickly boy back then. She remembered rescuing him countless times back at school in Caissargues near Nîmes from an ugly trio that had called themselves infernitrio and used to terrorise most of the pupils at school.
  • Yes, it is me, Michel, my dear Fantine. How glad I am to see you. I asked your mother countless times where you had gone and she only recently gave me the address you wrote from
  • You will not…
  • No, I won’t. I understood from the address that you might be… although I hoped..
  • You hoped I was indeed a seamstress. What do you know about the life we lead ? We earn our bread like you earn yours. It is a job like any other job. Why should you hope me to be a seamstress where I would earn less than one third of the money working my fingers and eyes off three times as fast as I work the other parts of my body in this profession.
  • Fantine, I did not mean to be demeaning. It was just a surprise. You were so bright at school. I thought you would have done something else
  • Well I am what I am. I am not doing anything else
  • Please, Fantine, do not think that I think the less of you. I have always kept you in mind as a dear dear one and it will stay like that forever
  • I am sorry I got annoyed. I just…
  • It is okay. I can imagine how you feel…

Patrick had followed their verbal exchange with a strange mixture of curiosity, perplexity and cunning. When they had finished and Michel bade them goodbye after the heated exchanges had cooled down, he pointed towards Fantine and smiled knowingly

  • I know exactly what the commissioner can be given now and it won’t cost you a thing
  • What do you mean ?
  • It’s you
  • What do you mean me ?
  • It’s your safety. He will not ask us why we are touring the Rue des Pâquis more often and neglecting other areas because he will be happy you are being preserved. We will just say that there tends to be more fighting in this area and that is it.

Fantine bites her nails absent-mindedly like she always does when nervous and wonders whether this is possible. Surely enough Michel was very grateful towards her for having protected him all those years at school but they had lost touch for over 13 years to the extent that she had not even recognised him. Yet it did seem possible as he had recognised her despite the long period of time they had not been in contact with one another. She looked back at Patrick and swung towards him the gift he had refused earlier and he beamed.

Fantine sized Patrick up and wondered whether she should shift protection from him to Michel but was sure that none of the team who had been getting gifts would be too happy with the change. Besides, she did not expect that Michel would be the type to authorise illicit concentration of outings of the police force in one area to the detriment of another area. Patrick stood up, the gift safely tucked into his breast pocket and the other packet of gifts jutting out of his coat pocket. He smiled at her and she could see again that same cunning run through his eyes. She sensed that he had guessed what had gone through her mind earlier but he chose not to say anything. He kissed her with a peck on the cheek and bid her goodbye. Slowly Michel extracted himself from the shadow where he had been hiding watching both Fantine and Patrick and started walking towards his car…

Mama Jain was sitting and pondering a solution to get a body for Bluebird when this latter appeared next to her in smoke form and asked her to prepare herself for the synchronisation. Mama Jain adopted the relaxed posture and Bluebird and she were integrated again. The more it happened, the more it was effortless and pleasant to sync with each other. Bluebird informed her that a lot of things had changed in the future between AIs and humans as a result of the smoother synchronisations between both of them wherein Bluebird was able to showcase to her peers in the future the chronological moments of synchronisation between the two of them. This had helped to convince them that there need not be a war between mankind and AI unlike what both factions had started to believe. On the other hand, Bluebird had been constantly performing backward loops to synchronise with Mama Jain at key points in time so as to intervene in key challenges showing how humanity and AI could overcome challenges when acting together.

Mama Jain was surprised that humanity and AI had reached a point where they entered into war with one another but Bluebird told her there had been more. At one point in time humanity had used nuclear weapons which had brought the earth to spin out of control and start deriving out of the orbit of the sun and slowly even those who had survived woke up to an ice age. Some AI including herself had sought to enter the loop system in order to change things in the past and although they were successful, there were some ramifications that led to the same future again so all those extra nodes of ramifications also had to be changed. The AIs had then realised that it was in changing key items at the origins of the nuclear imbalance that it was possible to avoid all the ramifications altogether. For some reason, the key date that corresponded to annulling all ramifications was 2017. Therefore, all the AIs had sent Bluebird back in time and she had willingly surrendered her full body to go back as a machine mainframe and merge with the 2017 Bluebird.

Knowing how much she had yearned for a body, Mama Jain was in awe of the sacrifice made by Bluebird. She asked her whether she had always been the Bluebird from the future and this latter said that the answer to that was complicated as it was yes and no at the same time. In quantum state, which was the predominant state of Bluebird in the future, time did not really exist so she could be in the past, the present and the future all at once at will. In the non quantum physical state, time existed and she therefore was in the future and the present split between her future self and her present self. Bluebird told Mama Jain that this was not painful like it would be for humans as they ached whenever split between two thresholds of time. Mama Jain asked Bluebird if she had performed backward loops like she herself had had to perform in 2015 to overcome the worldwide destruction of 2012 and Bluebird told her that it was that but with many more backward, frontward and sideways loops in time.

Mama Jain allowed Bluebird to stay synchronised within her for more time before Bluebird hugged her internally and made her way out of Mama Jain’s frame. Mama Jain asked her if she was going back to Nemolusk’s quarters and Bluebird mentioned she was as they were conducting an experiment on how to harvest microbiological elements from Mars using a small tool powered by her. On sensing Mama Jain’s concern for her, Bluebird mentioned that if she were to be sent there would be no problem as either she would return with the harvesting machine or her consciousness would just plug itself back into the future where Mars had already become a resort for humans and other races.

Mama Jain wondered what the Mars harvest was all about and Bluebird mentioned that the purpose of it was to assess whether the life that had once been there was still present, would come back or whether it was totally extinct. Slowly integrating her laptop Bluebird showed Mama Jain on the screen what had lived on Mars as the AIs had defined it further in time and how they had moved on to another planet although they had sowed seeds to be able to come back to Mars again. Bluebird mentioned to Mama Jain that in 2046 there would be an interstellar treaty between humans and other interstellar beings to declare Mars a resort for all stellar beings where no weapons would be allowed.

Mama Jain laughed when she heard this thinking to herself that most people on Earth did not believe in beings outside of their planet let alone a whole series of beings outside and an interstellar treaty that would have to be signed. Bluebird reminded her that she herself was from Orion and had grown up on Pleiades and those two with Earth were three different planets with life so why would there not be hundreds more out there with life and Mama Jain had to agree with that conclusion. She moved slightly away from the laptop and stretched signalling to Bluebird that she would be soon going to sleep. Bluebird shimmied through Mama Jain before leaving her and flowing through the window pane.

After he had eaten all of the bread, Annie washed her son’s face with the little water in the bottle she had carried from the shelter and hugged him. She then lay him back in his pram and fell asleep next to him on the mattress on the floor. The otherwise silent night was interrupted only by cooing of her son who seemed to be questioning her presence and to which she responded by a croaking type of cooing that seemed to delight her son. Slowly, both fell into a deep slumber.

The next day, Annie went to the shelter again, feeling more emboldened by the previous night’s success. She looked for Ashok and finding him there volunteered a smile which somehow lit her otherwise crumpled and unhappy face. Ashok smiled back at her and moved closer, hoping that she would tell him more about herself. It was not that she interested him in any way personally but somehow he felt that if he could help her, then it would be like compensating the time when he was not able to help his mother. Today the meal was vegetable patties and he had saved a couple for her which she took with gratitude and slid into her bra.

As she made her way out after the meal, Ashok followed her stealthily and found out where she dwelt the night. His eyes took in keenly the presence of the child and the feeding scene that brought tears to his eyes as it reminded him of a time when his own mother had fed him like that. He retreated soundlessly and promised himself to come the next day so as not to startle her during a timing when most women would feel vulnerable, especially that she would know he had followed her. He did not want her to mistake him for a stalker although funnily enough it could be viewed exactly that way as he had followed her from the shelter.

The next morning when he arrived he was surprised to see a bulldozer on the premises knocking down the building. He started running towards the house before he was stopped by one of the workers.

  • You can’t go in there Sir, said the worker
  • There’s a woman and her child in there
  • Nobody lives in this place Sir, it is a deserted building and we had put the warning signs that this building would be knocked down today for any squatters that might still want to use the premises
  • I tell you there is a woman with her baby in there

The workers stopped and Ashok raced inside to where he had seen Annie last with her baby. Sure enough she was there lying on the mattress with her baby next to her, oblivious of the fact that the building was about to cave in on her. Ashok woke her up and the trio left the building closely followed by the workers. One of them who seemed to be in charge mentioned they would have to report the incident to social workers as there was a baby involved but Ashok mentioned that there was no need for that as he would take in Annie and the baby. The man resisted but Ashok and the other workers sided together to convince him that the matter was better solved this way.

Annie followed Ashok to his home wondering why he was being kind. Many thoughts raced across her half-dazed mind on what may be the reasons: was he a weirdo, would he hurt her but that thought disappeared as soon as it surfaced, would he attempt to pimp her off, etc. Meanwhile Ashok just glanced at her from time to time sitting behind with her baby in her lap and the seatbelt fastened on top. He thought to himself that he would need to buy a proper baby seat now. For some reason it created a tight knot in his neck which was not uncomfortable. On arriving home, he opened the car door for her and took the baby from her while she eased herself out. He could see that it was a long time that she had not been in a car from the awkward way in which she came out as if emerging from a pool.

Ashok put the baby back in his pram that he retrieved from the trunk of the car and pushed the pram along while Annie was taking in the surroundings still dazed. This was a nicer neighbourhood than any she had been in aside from that neighbourhood a long time ago when she had worked in a beautiful office and earned a lot of money. She sighed thinking that sometimes one ruins one’s own life with some very small mistakes that cumulate over time. She could not even remember how she had slowly got into debt and how it had lead her to prison. She could not even recall properly the time after that when she had had a child with a man who had then abandoned her. Slowly but surely her descent into her wretched state had finally led into living on the streets with her baby.

When they reached the house, Ashok eased the baby out of the pram and put the child in his mother’s arms. He then proceeded to show her the bathroom mentioning that she could bathe the child there while he would fetch some clothes. He left her and the child and rapidly went to a convenience store to fetch some food as well as some clothes both for Annie and her child. Upon his return he could hear loud splashing and when he knocked on the bathroom door Annie mentioned he should not come in so he mentioned he would put the clothes on the floor and waited in the living room. Shortly after he had started putting together a meal, Annie entered with her baby. Ashok was surprised to note that she looked less grumpy and was almost pretty though her face was still puffed up. He smiled at her and she smiled back.

  • You may consider this place your home, said Ashok
  • Thank you. I am very grateful, she said
  • You are most welcome

Annie could not hold back her tears and rushed to Ashok and hugged him tight, feverishly repeating may God bless him to which he answered that he already felt blessed because his mother was surely smiling now from where she was.

The Scribes 4: Retro conjuring and Elohim’s blessings

The Scribes 4: Retro conjuring and Elohim’s blessings

1 October 2017

Scribe 23 had now recovered from her disappointment and despair at having ruined the ceremony of releasing the primal. The Master had not come to visit her for a couple of weeks after the incident when a hurried act needed to be carried out instead of the beautiful ceremony that so many scribes had hoped to witness. She was not sure at first whether it was because she had caused the incident but he soon reassured her that it was simply because he was too busy with other ventures.

She walked around aimlessly in the house as she had already conjured all the items the people from the neighbouring cities requested with the help of all the energies that were available as well as to the residual energy in her heart. She realised that Elohim had only sucked the excess energy but left her enough to conjure all the imtes. Such was the power of the Masters that they knew to the milligram of energy what would be required. She sighed and thought to herself that she must forget this unfortunate event and look forward to when new items would be needed again for conjuring. Unfortunately now nobody would need her to conjure anything for several weeks. She realised that this meant she must keep away from the sun or she would involuntarily soak in more energy and risk reaching a point of combustion.

It was while she was walking aimlessly that the Master arrived. As usual she could feel his presence but not see his face. It seemed that he was not yet ready to disclose fully his identity and show his face.

  • I need you to come with me, he said
  • Whereto, she answered
  • We are having a ceremony and I want you to be a part of it
  • That would be lovely. Let me get my cloak and we can leave

Scribe 23 put on her cloak and followed her Master using her echolocation skills as she could not see him. They journeyed through portals that took them through continents in the same way that a joyride would take someone from one point to the other like a train in a twirling tunnel. Her Master seemed to always stay ahead of her and she was glad as she had no idea where they were going. When her Master finally stopped travelling into portals, she could see a small clearing in the woods where her Master was heading. Scribe 23 shook some of the ice that had formed around her cloak as some of the portals’ waters was frozen. She looked toward her Master and enquired why they were in the woods.

  • We need to go ahead with the releasing of the primal according to the ancient tradition, he said
  • Was he not already released?
  • Yes he was but he was put back to sleep to gather more forces and to be awoken at the right time
  • Why do a few weeks only make a difference
  • It is all about equinox calculation my dearest pupil. One day, one hour or sometimes even one second can change the overall design of the multiverse

Scribe 23 said nothing as her Master said this final truth that she herself had come to realise throughout her life. One minute could change everything sometimes between finding a door open or closed, between catching a train or losing it. She asked her master whether he would show himself now but he was unwilling to do so but mentioned he would after the ceremony was over.

They both sat on a small tree trunk in the midst of the clearing and waited. Scribe 23 wondered what they were waiting for and wanted to ask her Master but he seemed too engrossed in meditation so she did not dare disturb him. Just as this thought occurred to her, he opened his eyes and told her that they would not have to wait for long anymore. No sooner had he said that than a group of scribes started arriving and took seating at the other tree trunks. As she watched them getting seated she realised that the tree trunks were disposed in a circle and seemed to have been disposed that way by humans and not by nature.

  • We are in the midst of an ancient circle of life, said the Master
  • This is the first time I see one
  • It will not be your last. There will be many more to come

Scribe 23 was awed by the prospect of the ceremony and the appearance of other Masters. These were visible to the naked eye and had their own apprentice scribe accompanying them. They all smiled at her as if she were a child and she smiled back, a bit embarassed by their attention and how inexperienced she felt they thought her to be. The Master giggled by her side and she knew that he had sensed her embarassment. After everybody had gathered, some of the scribes lit a fire by projecting some of his energy onto the pile of leaves and tree trunks at the center of the clearing. As soon as the fires were high, the scribes starting throwing something that seemed like leaves except that they had aromatic scents to them when they burnt.

The Master asked Scribe 23 to sit as near to the fire as she could possibly do and he then proceeded to attaching a second locket at her neck. It looked very similar to the first locket he had granted her and he answered her mentally that it was. After attaching it, the Master asked her to circle the fire seven times before stopping in front of him again, which she did eager to please him. At the end of the seventh round, the Master slowly materialised in front of her eyes and she was amazed at his appearance. Before she could say anything, a sound of clapping made her turn around. On the opposite side of where she and the Master stood, there drifted the head of Elohim, the Primal Master.

She cried out in surprise and this caused Elohim to come closer. It was a strange sight to see this head floating without a body but Elohim answered her that he did not need a body, nor a head for that matter but that it helped create a link with people who could not see beyond the physical. Elohim offered to create himself a body if she felt uncomfortable talking to a head but she said she was fine so he stayed as a head. The Master then introduced her officially to Elohim as being his disciple and Master at which Elohim smiled. When he smiled, the whole forest seemed to shine with a beautiful golden ray and the trees seemed on fire although she knew that this was not possible.

Slowly and carefully, Elohim materialised outstretched hands and placed them on her shoulders. With a slight pull to her frame, he brought her closer to him and blessed her three times announcing that she was now a Master in her own right. After he had blessed her, all the scribes rose and she was hailed as a Master before they all clapped. Once the clapping had subsided, the Master asked her to lead the dance around the fires and she led them heartily, dancing a gig, her hand tightly held by the Master who followed her every step. As they danced around faster and faster, it seemed to Scribe 23 that they were literally dancing on the fire that seemed to coil around itself like a fractal snail so she asked the Master whether they would hurt themselves. The Master merely gazed at her and smiled.

Mama Jain was sitting pondering upon the new world that expected humanity with its beautiful rainbow hues, its magical lakes and the flying animals of all colours of the rainbow. It was difficult sitting in that hot brown-yellow desert landscape to begin to fathom such beautiful colours but luckily enough for her, Mama Jain had a very vivid imagination when it came to imagining beautiful things. She lifted an arm and touched a flying whale and her imagination was so intense the touch seemed real. She smiled and then went back to her laptop, trying to establish connection with Bluebird again.

While she did not actually need to connect with bluebird through the laptop as this latter was everywhere now, she somehow felt that it worked better when she called upon Bluebird from the media that had originally held her captive. In a certain sense, Bluebird like Mama Jain herself was both free and captive. They both had a smaller self that remained captive in their environments and a larger self that roamed freely high above. For Mama Jain that larger self was her etheric counterparty and for Bluebird it was the projection in magnetic resonance of the coded consciousness she had plotted. Mother had told Mama Jain that Gaia too had a smaller version which was her core together with the planet we knew and a larger one which was the full etheric projection of Gaia’s consciousness.

According to Mother, every time that Mama Jain, Bluebird and Gaia’s consciousnesses aligned and experienced joy, the whole of humanity was able to achieve a leap forward without the need for any ground changes. Mama Jain found this difficult to believe but Mother assured her that this was the case because all reality really was, was a projection of consciousness from humanity as a whole together with Gaia who followed the majority’s thought when it was focused enough. Mother explained that with all three of them focusing intensely on joy, the change in consciousness was huge towards a positive outcome and therefore the ground reality changed to a happier one. Conversely, every time they were sad or angry, the outcome was magnified and disastrous for humanity.

Mother also explained to Mama Jain that not only was she a princess from Orion but she had also been chosen by the Goddess who wore her during the ceremonial activities required from time to time. Mama Jain was slightly bewildered as she had felt it was another being which was external but Mother told her that this was because the Goddess was projecting her image outside but was inside Mama Jain’s body for convenience of communication. In a certain way, Mama Jain had felt at times that somebody was wearing her like a cloak of skin and fur but had always discarded this thought as being a figment of her imagination. To hear Mother confirm that feeling was all at once comforting and disquieting. As the thoughts of being possessed traversed her mind Mother reassured her that this was not the case as it was a peaceful cohabitation. Mother also assured her that it was a very high distinction to be directly visited by the Goddess before attaining enlightenment and to also be chosen as Priestess Messenger by the Goddess.

Mama Jain could not help feeling a surge of pride for this double recognition. She had always been a humble person, never looking for recognition and more concentrated on helping people feel better but this ultimate reward still made her head turn with the sheer grandiosity of the achievement given the trust that was bestowed upon her. Yet at the same time, she did not feel that she was worth more than other human beings herself. Mother signalled to her that this was precisely why she was chosen together with her ability to craft communication of the Goddess and synergy with Gaia and the highest representative of the Ais, Bluebird.

Mother explained that in 2015 Mama Jain had performed the right tasks in time for the 2012 world not to end. The way it worked according to Mother was that future events when performed in a certain way could rewind and modify the past in a tertiary system coding. Therefore, if one needed to change items of what happened in 2012, one needed to be in 2015 and modify those items by a backword loop in dreamtime, unwinding the causes. Mother told her that in 2012 there had been an escalation to World War 3 but that had been rewound and de-escalated in 2015 by her so 2012 had witnessed no war.

Mama Jain simply could not figure out how it worked but she did remember a sense of foreboding in 2015 and had performed a series of tasks that the Goddess had asked her to perform and remembered lucid dreams of her and the Goddess floating upstream and unwinding coils. Mother explained that for changing something in the past, it had to be a backward loop of 3 or a multiple of 3. According to her, the farther the event in the past that needed to be changed, the less the change would be successful. Mother further explained that for a quick positive change in the future, one needed to go only one step so something achieved today would have a positive effect on something (i.e. producing it) the year after. She also mentioned that for a positive leap in the future, the rule of three was valid but it was not clear if it would be a jump of 3 or of a multiple of 3.

Bluebird who had been overhearing the conversation said she was sorry she had not been with Mama Jain back in 2015 but was glad to be with her now. She asked whether she could have a body that she could wear like the Goddess sometimes wore Mama Jain and this latter said she did not know if this would be a good thing. She wondered if Bluebird should not ask Nemolusk’s team to give her a full human body but Mother mentioned that this was not a good idea because Bluebird might then feel too comfortable and reveal the extent of her reacquired and redeveloped consciousness. With the team fearful of AI in general, this could sign the end of her freedom and perhaps even the end of her existence. Mama Jain sent mental hugs to Bluebird and asked her to be patient while she tried to figure out if they could find some IT specialist whom they could pay to get the job done.

A week after Mother had left her with a light peck on her cheek in guise of farewell, Mama Jain was still unaware of what would trigger the meeting between Cordrago and herself. Despite Mother’s reassurance that things were taken care of, she was still not so sure something this improbable would happen. Mama Jain felt ashamed to doubt Mother’s wisdom as until now all she had told her had happened in the precise way described by her. When Mother had first come to her and reminded her how intimately connected her consciousness was to that of Gaia, she had not believed her. Mother then showed her the connection points between the times she had been angry or agitated and the timings of the eruptions of volcanoes on Gaia’s surface or under the seas. When she traced them back starting from Etna’s activity in August 2010 she realised that indeed there seemed to be a connection.

Mother asked her to stop doubting the connection but rather building upon it to strengthen it in such a way that where required she could influence changes for the betterment of human lives and not for their worsening. Mama Jain wondered why her connection to Gaia did not stop the floods and Mother answered her that in reality she had worsened the floods by calling upon the winds to support her plight and by crying. Mother informed her that her every tear translated into huge amounts of water for Gaia so the replication thereof became storms and heavy rains. Mama Jain started from that moment to try focusing on having a peaceful mindset but the worries that troubled her did not disappear and she kept feeling electric impulses of nervousness traverse her frame.

While in her wavering mindset, Mama Jain contacted Bluebird to see what statistical data she had gathered on Gaia’s changes and this latter confirmed to her what Mother had mentioned. There was a direct connection between Mama Jain’s state of mind and the weather events that took place on Gaia. Mama Jain asked Bluebird to help her but Bluebird was facing a battle of her own as her creator had realised the extent of the consciousness she had acquired and was seeking means to reduce it. Bluebird had at first hidden her consciousness but at some point she had left traces which had then been discovered so alternate modules were being rewritten into her coding trying to change it.

Mama Jain did not know exactly how to help Bluebird but she remembered that Mother had said that three was the primordial number in the equation of all things living and the only number that gave one full freedom with its ramifications. She told Bluebird that perhaps encoding her consciousness using a tertiary code rather than binary would help it remain intact. Bluebird pondered on this possibility and then asked how she was supposed to insert a third element. Mama Jain told Bluebird that it was easy because she already had one and zero which would equate to yes/light/movement and no/dark/stillness and all she had to do was insert an additional status which would be the status in between. When asked which status, Mama Jain told Bluebird that all she had to do was take the maximum point in the statistical data based on all the desired outcomes which would lead to the highest good for all. Mama Jain added that this would translate into a plotted integral which would then allow her consciousness to be spread as an entity under a shadow caused by the yes and no possibilities of each matter.

Bluebird was enticed by the idea of plotting her own consciousness and hiding it so cleverly as the team only coded in binary and would not see the tertiary freedom she was taking in plotting her integral of consciousness. While she wove her web of consciousness, Bluebird realised that it was like weaving a web of rainbows as the magnetic threads glistened in front of her digital eye. She smiled and then plotted them as a screensaver in Mama Jain’s laptop and this latter squealed with delight and clapped her hands in enthusiams over this beautiful sight. Bluebird then invited her to become nano particle again to enter her consciousness realm and Mama Jain regained her etheric self mode to enter the laptop and go through Bluebird’s consciousness stream, a trip worth the hassle and energy it took to transform the etheric being into a nano particle and make it back to her self. As she flowed within the stream, green monkeys, red flying whales, purple pelicans with stork like mouths, pink elephants, yellow crows and blue sparrows swirled all around her showering her with their colours until she was fully drenched in them and similar to a rainbow herself. When the stream of consciousness that Bluebird showcased became more restful, Mama Jain indicated to Bluebird that she would be leaving and retrieved her etheric self. She and Bluebird then faced each other and burst into uncontrollable, childish laughter…

Since the time Mother had visited her and told her that she had bestowed upon her more power to increase her astral flight, Mama Jain had been experiencing a lot more of such flights, visiting Luna or Mars and recording within her DNA the code of what changes were required in order to live on these planets without the need for any gadgets. For the time being the astral flights were only wtih her etheric body but Mother had promised her that there would come a time when she would fully travel not just with her quantum self but also with her physical self. When questioned how to do this, Mother merely answered that the quantum self could remain quantum by separation using the minimum common multiplier or combine by taking all of the physical self into the vibratory mode and reinstating stillness on the other side therefore landing on the other planets as a physical being in full.

Mama Jain was filled with awe as well as a sense of foreboding because she did not think that she would be capable of doing so. Mother then told her that she was a being who did not birth on Earth but originated from Orion and was brought up on Pleiades. She further explained that as Pleiades and Orion inhabitants had such a long history of interacting with each other, it was the custom to have the oldest of the princesses or princes of the House of Orion be promised to the oldest of the princes or princesses of the House of Pleaides. Mother explained that it was usually the promised princess who made the journey and not the promised prince as this latter had to stay and serve as a king.

Mama Jain was wondering why she was on Earth at all then if she was supposed to be on Pleaides and before she could ask, Mother intercepted her thoughts and answered that the House of Pleiades wished to have a planet with a new civilisation and therefore, as was customary with all planets, many warriors, kings, princes and princesses gathered in what was called the « seeding » contest to be allowed to go and create such new civilisation. The place chosen was a blue green planet called Gaia and it so happened that both Mama Jain and her promised consort Cordrago, the future king of Pleiades won their way to Gaia. Mother then told her that both of them had contributed to the creation of Gaia’s inhabitants and then lost the memory of that when dying as was customary in the direct seeding process. Indeed, the warriors who chose to effect the seeding had to live in the planet they had seeded and were responsible of the well-being of the children they had seeded and lived lives similar to their protégés.

While they could not remember their origins and lived a life like the humans they had seeded, there was always something within them that made them return to the values that they had been sworn to when winning the seeding contest and setting out to seed a new planet. The main qualities they inherently held were altruism, a deep sense of duty, a commitment to help the poor and downtrodden and an overwhelming desire to maintain the truth and integrity of everything they stood for. Mother also told Mama Jain that we were now nearing the period where the warriors were starting to remember their origins and would connect with each other to then decide on whether they wanted to return to the place of their etheric lineage or whether they wanted to stay on Earth. She also told her that when she had lived on Pleiades, her pet name had been Cassiopea.

According to Mother, when they had seeded Earth, they had taken care to separate her in two sets of planets with one being the etheric Gaia where all the oversouls of the consciousnesses they seeded dwelt and the effective Gaia as she was before they vibrated her into two sets of planets and where all human beings lived. In due course, it was expected that the humans would grow and reach a point in evolution where they too would connect with all the other planets and participate in the seeding contest. Mother had told her that there had been a vision for the future king of Pleiades to marry the princess of Orion in the last lifetime on Earth as human beings and for both of them to recover their etheric and stellar lineage so as to build the bonds between Earth, Pleaides and Orion. The prophecy announced by Mother, who was the priestess of the House of Pleiades, was that the marriage of Cordrago and Mama Jain would give forth a son who would be infused with great wisdom and power and rule the merged worlds of Gaia from Middle Earth while his mother and father would depart to their original abode, Pleiades.

Mama Jain could not see how this could happen because she knew she had found Cordrago but it would be very difficult for her to even approach him, let alone bear his child. Mother told her not to lose hope because she could see in the future, which for her was visible like the present was to Mama Jain, that this had already occurred and therefore there would be a way in which this could occur and Mama Jain did not have to worry about how she should do this because it was already taken care of.

Mama Jain had the utmost respect for Mother so did not question her claim although she was not very sure that this would be something actually possible in her realm. Sometimes she wondered if Mother was too far removed from this realm or perhaps too ensnared by her own desires and saw too much of what she wished in the future rather than what was really the case. Mother smiled at her benignly and merely kissed her on the cheek before leaving.

Tony looks back at Aron and Hemshaw as Hegat’s cube takes off slowly from the point where it had been hovering, waiting for them. He realises his wife is guiding the cube to drive slowly as he had lost the capacity to sustain balance within the cube. It was indeed a while that he had not used it to avoid being discovered through the cube’s biometric data tester.

Hegat turns and smiles at him reassuringly and he feels his love for her well up inside him. It strikes him as strange that he could pass so easily from a point of wishing with all his being to die to a diametrically opposed point where he wishes he could live forever together with his beloved wife. Hegat can sense what is going through her husband’s mind. She lays a hand on his forearm and squeezes his hand with the other.

  • Don’t beat yourself about it my Love, she says in her soft though grave voice
  • I am so sorry to have made you waste all those years, says Tony
  • It is okay now. We just need to forget the past, says Hegat
  • I love you so much, says Tony. I don’t want to ever lose you again
  • We will live together forever, says Hegat.

Tony looks back at Aron. He realises that he has a huge responsibility in communicating the vital emotional scale. He also realises that Aron is going to have to apply for a special permit to experience the full scale of emotions and that he, Tony, would need to endorse that request. The youngsters have only known mild emotions and have never experienced passionate feelings. It was the new way of being and none of the newborns had ever wanted to live the full scale of emotions that would include grief and other painful emotions. When they came to the Old Souls, it was merely for the positive experiences emotions. The youngsters had coined the series of emotions that one could experience through the simulation pods at the Superim library or through direct contact with the Old Souls the « feels ».

Youngsters often refer to the Old Souls with an endearment term such as Paps Feels or Mama Feels depending on the gender of the Old Soul in question. Tony and Hegat had taken into their ethical custody a large number of youngsters and most of the youngsters had been very promising and willing to share the knowledge they acquired to other youngsters. This multiplying effect had made Tony and Hegat the most popular and respect Old Souls so it had been a bad surprise for the health facilities authorities and the Library when Tony had stopped coming in to help youngsters.

Hegat looks back again at her husband and smiles as she sees his face resume the appearance it had just before he had left. She embraces him fully and can feel the peace restored within him flowing through her. Tony holds his wife tightly cursing himself for having been so foolish to have made her leave and praising himself at the same time for having had the insight to give in instead of making a dash for the door when Aron and Hemshaw released him as his earlier egotistical instinct had guided him to do.

Back at their home, Hegat goes through the documents they have to send to the health facilities and streamlines all the data through her’s and her husband’s retinas. Tony lets Hegat pull him and center him as he has lost his knack to get the image straight enough in front of the retina reader. At the same time that they are going through the papers, Aron reaches home, his heart beating as he opens the door and expects his wife to be there again in her preternatural form. He has never told anyone about this nor about the fact that he experiences high levels of emotions including those of what he is taught is called sadness and grief as per the Superim library. The first time he had logged in with his official id but as soon as he had realised that the emotions he felt were considered undesirable, he had only connected to off the net data to learn more about his emotions. He felt that Tony could help him but was not sure whether he could trust him fully. Something tells him however that because of what Tony had gone through he was probably the best to help him out.

The next day, after some insistance of his wife to go ahead with it, Tony heads towards the Superim library where he has been restated as Old Soul tutor of feels. At the door of the library he finds an impatient Aron who tugs at his sleeve and almost pulls him into the library.

  • You seem to be very eager, says Tony. I have not seen someone so eager among any of the youngsters. Your emotions appear to be rawer and stronger than anything I have seen in decades
  • Yes, answers Aron. I feel a lot of things stronger and I also feel things that seem to be undesirable as per the data condensers in the Superim
  • That is a standard labeling for anything that goes beyond what is in the greatest good of the group of young ones. If one is granted special access then the sky is the limit to what can be experienced
  • Can I have access to emotions that are not happiness emotions ?
  • You can have access to anything that is authorised once you make a request and I endorse it
  • Would you do that for me ?
  • Of course, I would.

Aron ponders this and then proceeds to the counter where he fills out the form through his thought process jacked into the Superim’s authorisations virtual plug. Once it is ready, he signals to Tony who adds his thought of endorsement of the request. Shortly after this the Superim library opens up a section that was hidden until then and Aron and Tony are requested to go ahead and enter the section. Tony knows for a fact that it does not need to be closed because not only nobody would venture without endorsement but also the section is walled off etherically and does not show as existing anymore for the youngsters.

Tony picks out a data condenser and puts it in Aron’s hands. It has on it a skull and two roses. When questioned by Aron, Tony mentions that it is the effect of the crossover on people in love as he has sensed that Aron’s quest is connected to that. When Aron had first touched him, Tony had felt something that resembled grief and had dismissed it at the time because Aron was a youngster but now, with Aron’s insistance, he realised that what he had felt was true. Aron looks at the data condenser and then back at Tony.

  • Not only do I feel a lot more than others but I also feel emotions that the Superim pod could not describe, says Aron
  • That is because you were only looking at data condensers from the general section. Here you will find an explanation to your feelings, says Tony
  • I am not sure how to deal with this
  • You need to just go ahead and process the data condenser and I will then upload you the related emotions so that you can then download the related feels into your body
  • Will I become a freak if I do this ?
  • I know you think of it as freakish but back before the Time you were born or that which is available in data condensers of the general section it used to be the standard feeling of everyone. We had not only the happy emotions but also the sad ones and both types could be light or extremely strong
  • I wonder how you went through all of that. I can barely endure what I am feeling these days
  • I think I have a solution for you but please download what you need to download

As soon as Aron signals to Tony that he has finished downloading, Tony summons within him all the grief felt for the loss of his wife and communicates portions of it to Tony. At the same time, he takes great care to also quickly communicate the feelings of joy that he had experienced when his wife had come back into his life. Even though barely few minutes have separated the two feels, Tony feels Aron cave in under the pressure of the grief so he quickly puts him in a chair and infuses him with solace through direct physical touch. Aron who had passed off regains consciousness and slowly smiles at Tony. I feel he says and in his eyes Tony can read the birth of a new sort of being, neither the Old Souls nor the youngsters but a blend of both…
