Conductor with lecterns soul church that meditates
(Poem written as an Italian Petrarch sonnet in Alexandrin form. See original here or here)
September 6, 2016

The pain that is erased in series of hiccups
To live like lamp oozing of a languorous past
The Time fracture that tires my loving momentum
Of these forgotten Times I created bouquets
The memories misplaced images in latches
Are the memory’s sham in my aching body
From old trails the imprint bears the thirds valorous
In advanced cross weary residents of cafés
Resource in me the flame resurrection denied
From sores that are piling a deformed illusion
I would raise the quatrains to newly found places
Halves of Alexandrines my scholarly version
The music of cellos for heart in two verses
Conductor with lecterns soul church that meditates
